I am a brand new customer at BBT/Truist, so when my mom and I arrived yesterday for me to add her to my account, I was unpleasantly surprised at the lack of customer service. The lady I opened my acct with had two customers in her office, but the branch leader and another lady in her office had no customers and we were directed by a teller to go to the teller window to complete this task. Instead of being seated comfortably in an office, my elderly mom and I was forced to stand for 20 mins. This is not acceptable and I sincerely hope this branch is retrained in how to treat their customers.

The worst bank I have ever banked with!! None of the people at this branch have a slight clue about what it is they are talking about and are not at all helpful! Very very very frustrating I would highly recommend you bank with Wells Fargo across the street if you want decent banking!! Wish I could give this branch 0 stars honestly!

Nice staff. Fully competent and friendly enough. Many customers complain about their security requirements, like having to show a picture ID when making a cash deposit, but I welcome them. I will say that their drive up windows (and the bank itself) sometimes close a few minutes before the scheduled time and that is beyond aggravating. I don't appreciate speeding cross town to make a crucial deposit or withdrawal, get there with 3 minutes to spare and find that the bank has just gone dark.

I have two accounts, personal and business. The tellers are fine, do a great job, but don't ask for any help on any other matter, the rest of the staff is borderline incompetent. They charge for checks, statements, and everything else. My wife is at a different bank and she gets the same services free. I would love to change, but it is so difficult to extract business from a bank and they know it which is why they don't really care how they treat you.

I agree with the prior review. This branch is awful. The manager can't take two mins to slow down and talk to you unless you're opening a credit card or new loan. He let customers with simple customer service needs sit for over 20 mins and wait while he chose to help those that would make him money. The rep who served us was so impersonal and rude. Clearly the attitude trickles down from management, because if that man was my boss, I'd hate my job too. Highly recommend finding yourself a different branch or bank all together.

I opened a basic savings account. BB&T ran a hard credit report. Didn't say one word about it. I do not trust this bank with my money. HORRIBLE!!!!!! I have been with BB&T for 26 years. I am Going to go to First Citizens Bank.

This bank tried to rob me. They ran my check two times and when I tried to get them to correct it they said since I did not bank there there was nothing they could do. I had to get my credit union to TAKE the money back.

The tellers and personal bankers at this location have always been courteous, professional, and helpful. I have no complaints.

Atm never works, they just replaced it and still doesn’t work. Smh.

This is by far the worst bank I have ever been to , you'll wait all day just for someone to talk to you , the manager and bankers just sit in there office all day wile you wait, don't waste your time here
