Garrett Cole was very helpful with my auto loan. Even stayed late after closing hours as we were awaiting for my approval to come through. Go see him - he is the man.

The staff is always efficient, friendly, and they remember you! In my most recent visit I had to order a new debit card because mine is cracking in half. The Asian guy by the entrance was awesome. It was a quick and painless process and I get to keep my current card until the new one arrives. The Asian guy always provides exceptional customer service and he's very personable. I also love all of the tellers, and also Jamie!!! You all are an awesome team and have been for a while! Keep doing what you do!!!

Received the most incredible service from Damaris Davis today, who turned a rather complicated and time sensitive auto loan situation into a breeze. Damaris is an exceptional officer that any credit union/bank would be lucky to have. My experience with their team today will keep me loyal to Truliant and to this location moving forward!

The Empoyees are great at the location, but the company is terrible. I have an auto loan and personal loan thru them and always have problems with making payments. I like to pay my loans off early and make advanced payments, but if you pay more than 14 days early it does not register in their system. If your due date is at the end of the month and you pay at the beginning of the month then your just making an excess payment and your still due at the end of the month. I will find another company who can take advanced monthly payments without screwing up their customers accounts.

When I first went up there and established an account, the ppl couldn’t have been nicer, however, fast forward a month or two I called for a simple question that I couldn’t find online and spoke with Victoria. Victoria needs to go back to training. Not only did she not understand what I was trying to say, but the whole incorrect info she told me was given in a condescending tone. The attitude and condescending tone, I could have done without. Not everyone is familiar with how a credit union is run. This is my first time using one. I thought I could call up there and ask a question, but apparently I should have known better.

The mortgage officer Jami is great! Even though I ended up needing a different type of loan she helped line me up with someone to help me. I recommend her to all my friends for their mortgage needs.

Was very disappointed today was supposed to got my stimulus when i called the guy said IRS tried to deposit it but didn't have the right code so it rejected it now I'll have to wait for a paper check my other to stimulus deposited in that account so it had to be Truliant fault must have changed code

I recently moved to London, and as such told them to change my address and not block my card. I was on hold for 40 minutes and finally got through only for them to misspell my address. I can't buy anything until I fix it, and the app doesn't do international locations. Looks like I'm on another 40 minute hold because someone couldn't spell "Terrace".

Open the doors and let people go back inside instead of drive thru only. Remember this virus has a 99% survival rate. Quit being paranoid because the news tells you to.
