There bank lacks respect of customer and when you finally find someone to help the transfer you. I’ve also left voice messages without a response. Ru. Away to any other financial service providers.

Had $4000 taken from my account and even though its still pending they cant stop fraud. I told them I didn't authorize this transaction and they still cant do anything about it? I was told it "should" drop off at the end of the day but unfortunately I cant do banking with "hope". Welcome to Charlotte Truist. You just lost another client.

When Truist started up, my mortgage payment due date changed to the first of the month vice the fifteenth, but I wasn’t informed. The bank isn’t doing good business.

Customer service through hotline is awful. I can’t login to my account with the acquisition of suntrust. Now I’m on the phone over 2 hours waiting to speak to an agent. Ridiculous.

I called the number listed 8844Truist. I requested the address to Truist cooperate but person did not have access to that information as she lives in the Philipines. This call was time consuming and useless. I’m concerned about Truist validity.

There's a story by Queen City News about this company. One deceased person's bank account was drained by scammers and Truist did nothing about it.

I closed out my account a couple of months ago and now they say I owe them money. I call they have no idea what to do so they discount the phone. I’m so sick of this bank. I would not advise anyone to do business with them.

Waited an hour to be connected to customer service. Tried to contact corporate but their menu won't allow you to connect to a person. They're hiding out. I'll be switching to another bank 🤪

Horrible service. Waited on hold for 30 minutes . Connected with someone in the Phillipines who couldn't answer any questions without putting me on hold. It has been over 45 minutes with her and she still hasn't completed the request.

BB&T was a fantastic bank that cared for their customers but that attitude has disappeared. I have paid in full a Home Equity Loan and asked that it be closed and cancel the lien against my home. It has been more that three weeks and nothing has happened. I am told that only the Branch Manager can cancel the loan and provide me with a Loan Satisfaction Letter. The Branch Manager is out on medical leave and apparently no one else has the access needed to cancel my loan. I expect to file legal action next week; I know of no other option.
