I closed my Bank of America account because I cannot download my transactions as a QuickBooks QBO format file. Why such a large bank cannot provide a crucial service for free to small business owners while small community banks offer the feature free of charge? Even Wells Fargo started to offer QBO format transaction download in 2019. When will Bank of America welcome the challenge of better online services offer by the majority of other banks? Wake up!

Thanks for being there to help your clients during this difficult time. I REALLY APPRECIATE YOUR COMPANY CLOSING MY ACCOUNT ON APRIL 3RD 2020..... DAYS AFTER MR BOA CEO ANNOUNCED plans to help your clients and giving $100 million to aid relief efforts. I would love to hear from 1 member of the public that experienced first hand the aid caused as a result of the $100 million. Your a bank. Not a charity. If you're giving away $100 million its because you already stole $1 trillion doing something that's not exactly by the book... I love how these big corporations like to jump at the opportunity to look like a hero when in actuality your ceo knows for dam sure its not what he says it is.

This company is the most unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with. They do not respect or value their customers. I was a customer for over 25 years, and they closed my account with no warning. They lied saying they try to contact us by phone mail and email. That was never done. This was my account, not my husbands, and they refused to discuss it with me. They refused to tell me why they closed my account. We called several times, and each person we spoke to was ruder than the one before. Our account was current, we never made a late payment. Actually, we only owed them $400. They insisted that they could not keep our account open because my husband would not give specific details about his business. Why? It’s not a secret, but they would not tell us why they needed to know. Not only will we never do business with this bank again, we will tell everyone we know that they are extremely untrustworthy. Worst most disrespectful customer service ever. We WERE a 25 year customer and they did not care.

Bank of America has horrible customer service practices. They aren’t trained to note accounts about conversations they have with their customers and then they do whatever they want with your money!

Your customer service is a hot mess. Been waiting over a night and half of today on hold waiting to be transferred to "risk department" because you decided that purchasing game from Blizzard is fraud and placed a lock on my card and account. This is what makes me not even want to have a bank account. You take people money away, and make them wait over two days to get it back. Madness.

I can't even explain how I feel. The BOA on Heckle Blvd in Rock Hill, SC is a joke. We have been with BOA for over 20 years. I have been diagnosed with cancer and my cancer policy sent me a check to help with things. BOA put a eight day hold on it. The check is good and had already cleared days ago but I can't get my money until 3/8/2020. I have copays, medication and so on. I have called customer service so many times and told them what is going on and it is the same bs. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO ANOTHER BANK. THEY SIT ON YOUR MONEY AND I KNOW THAT FOR A FACT. It was hard for me to even give then a 1.

I have used my BofA acct for many years. They have screwed me many times. I guess I am really the dummy here! Refused to cancel a credit card charge I accidentally just made, while saying I could do this and do that. Because they really didn’t want to do anything to help me. That’s bs of course. Lazy, first-tier person couldn’t handle it, told me it couldn’t be done, recommended I contact vendor. Again, very poor service to customers. Pleased send me a survey!

I regret selecting this bank of america for auto loan. I'm not satisfied. I'm not happy with Bank of america service. I got auto loan from them. I paid my auto loan in full and in timely manner before due date. Then they decided to charge me additional fee..... I don't deserved it. I paid my loan in full according to my statement ending principal balance and in timely manner. I spoke to bank of america associates Chris and Meshell about it but they said that I have to pay it. I have documentation about this. I am not happy with the auto loan service. This is last. I don't want to select bank of america for my next auto loan in the future.

Karen of Bank of America, from claim department helped me to file against BMW, she did not provide temporary credits in a reasonable time frame. Asian hate discrimination are everywhere in BOA. BOA does not deserve even 1 star. I give them zero star. 1.## stars of BOA, you should fix up complaints.
