Truist Ernest W Barrett Pkwy, Kennesaw

An absolute terrible location long lines it's offices, minimal staff on hand. Truist has been a nightmare. We were Suntrust customers but now forced to deal with this Truist mess. It will be a hassle and big inconvenience but I'm thinking we're going to change banks after 30 years. Takes 20 minutes to get someone to open a safety deposit Box. Long lines and empty dark offices. There's always an excuse as to why they don't have adequate staff. If you're looking for a bank consider anyone else but these people. I feel bad for the employees.... Problem must be at the executive management level.

I been with bb&t almost 7 years. I went to get some roll of penny but teller said she doesnt have. Not even one dollar of penny. What kind of bank doesnt have couple of penny rolls. Had to drive 15 min to another location and got whole bax of penny. After all i guess the teller was so lazy to get penny from vault

Had fraud on our account, they refuse to give provisional credit like BBT and Suntrust and when trying to get higher up the chain, they hang up on us every time after multiple hour waits just to get through to main line. We will be moving everything tomorrow. Do not bank at Truist.

I walked in this branch to open an account, whoever the loud and rude individual they have behind the glass shouting instead of being personal with people was rude and not friendly. When people come inside a bank, some don’t want their business told to everyone. Her attitude was salty and nobody cared that I wasn’t being serviced.

I have never been treated so poorly by a bank. So I moved my business to regions. Unfortunately my mom is still a customer and she needed help with her safety deposit box. The bank was empty but they said they couldn’t help us. My mom has been a customer for 40 years!!!!!! Zoe has been rude to me and my mom on multiple occasions and both branches.

Customer Beware when using the ATM machines at this location. Machine took $250.00 from me without depositing it into bank account. You will not be able to go into the bank to get your money back. You have to call a toll free number instead. What an inconvenience.

Personally I bank with Chase. They currently claim they're incapable of doing anything due to Covid including answering the phone. I called Suntrust @ Barrett Pkwy today & Lauren answers the phone. She had all the answers to my questions about getting a loan. I was blown away. Not many people know what they're doing these days! Lauren has me considering switching my accounts to Suntrust!

I called this location today for assistance, spoke to a person whom identified herself as Charmaine- as we were speaking I asked several bank information and account information questions.. she became short and curt with responses - in the middle of speaking to me she placed the call on hold, left it there. I thought odd- even most RUDE..! I called back, an employee answered as Lauren, I advised her of my call and asked to speak to the branch manager , she said that he was unavailable, she would try to assist me.. I asked several bank and my account questions..she said she was unable to assist me.. I asked to be transferred to the branch manager.. she told me he could not take my call, I told her my name again, provided my phone # and asked to be called by the end of the day, it's 11:30am now, she said he would be unable to call me.. I questioned really..? how do you know, I am a Suntrust customer since 1991, i opened my first account when I returned home from the war- Operation Desert storm. i find it unconscionable that she would not transfer my call nor would she provide my message to be called sometime today before close of business..? really .. wow..? she knows that he cannot spare 60 of his most valuable seconds for a customer that has been banking with Suntrust 29 years.. WoW..!! guess that's what I will share with others when asked about banking/ recommendations/ bank customer service.. btw, little wonder why BB&T bought RIVAL suntrust (12/19) ..?

Beware of this bank. I was gettin added to an account which the lady did not inform me they were going to run my credit just to get added to an account in order to do a deposit. Thank God I had a lock on my credit because I wouldn’t have known because she did NOT inform me they would run my credit. This bank need better reps! They need to inform customers of the process instead of trying to run a person’s credit WITHOUT no knowledge of them doing that! RUN AWAY! Very unprofessional to try that!

Only one banker at the branch That was sitting in her office with no client And told us to wait 15 to see if her next appointment would show up and if they did show up that we needed to schedule a appointment for a different day
