I administer iCare at our practice. Some of our patients don’t have good credit, so CareCredit is not an option. iCare is a good back up.

This program was a lifesaver for my family. My two kids were in need of braces, and the nice folks at Kool Smiles were able to put us on an iCare plan. Very thankful.

Horrible customer service. I am pretty sure they are high school kids working out of a basement somewhere. Their hidden charges are all over the place, not just to our business but our clients as well. I Care is the biggest SCAM and HEADACHE I have ever had to deal with. If you like calling people "ICare" and being on hold EVERY SINGLE DAY for hours, never being able to talk to anyone that can help you, and BEGGING to get paid the money you are owed, than this is the company for you. For the sake of your business and your clients that trust you, DO NOT USE I CARE!!!!! Update: In response to ICare's reply: No you will no longer find us in your system, we were FINALLY able to purge ourselves from you! and NO, I WILL NEVER CALL YOUR NUMBER AGAIN so I can be "jerked" around for what would appear to be your amusement.

Just added iCare in all six of our Veterinary clinics locations. System requires a little training, which iCare provides ongoing. Would recommend.

We are glad to offer iCare at our Animal Hospital here in Vero Beach. We have many clients on fixed incomes, so this is helpful.

This program has been very beneficial for our Orthodontic practice. Our patients really like the low down payment option with no credit check.

WATCH OUT! Sounds great at first and the process starts off easy, but these people STEAL YOUR MONEY. Even after cancelling my card, they are STILL charging my account, and I don’t even know how! I’ve even gone through my bank and filed fraudulent transactions! Not to mention these charges are $270 a pop and only 2 days in between each other! And don’t even bother contacting anyone- you will never hear back from them!

I called ICare today to update them with a new debit card, only to be told that account is in deliquent status. They also told me that I had not made a payment since 12/2016. This is very incorrect, my bank statements clearly show that I have making my draft payments accordingly. I would like to know why I was never called or sent a letter of this? I would also like to know if I'm already been sent to credit agency? I would like to know where my monthly payments have been going? This is aweful management/supervision work in that department. I have been told that I would be called and to date, no call. I will contact BBB to file a complaint.

We love having the option it available in our office. It has kept many patients from leaving our office and going elsewhere when they don’t have the money to pay in full for their treatment or when they get denied for programs that check credit score.

iCare Financial’s payment schedule offers flexibility. Patients know how much they can afford on a monthly basis.
