Truist Ritchie Hwy, Glen Burnie

Every time I go to this branch it is a line with a 20 min. Wait time, and one teller serving customers.

Continuing to have issues with someone using my card and when i say something nothing is done. Have asked for new cards and never got them. I live on SSDI and nothing is being done. Do not go there.

This bank has very friendly staff behind the glass and in person at the desks. I've personally worked with Anu and she has ALWAYS been a help when I needed it. She helped with me with a few transfers and more complicated transactions and followed up to make sure everything was satisfactory. Very conveniently located just far enough away from the Glen Burnie town center without it being too terribly busy around with ample parking.

Tied with my experience in every navy federal I've been in which is very high praise. Victor V. helped with numerous concerns on my car loan and title and was really great to work with. Had an awful experience at another branch but this one more than makes up for it.

My father had set up his 401k he pulled out after leaving his job..Money started coming out of his account that he did not do.. They took about 6 six thousands in a couple days no red flags went up nothing.. They do not protect your money at all, it's been 3 months since they took the money off the card. I've rode him to the glen burnie branch 4 different times we been in touch with there fraud department, my dad is now being evicted and has been getting food for the church, the people who took the money had no problem getting that money off of there, but my father has lost 20 pounds has an eviction noticed and still has not received any of his money back yet, but, did receive a notice saying a bank employee used his information for outside sources, I have the notice if I can take a picture of the notice and put that up here I will and this ain't the first time I heard bad about sun trust ethier another friend who was using the bank put her card in the machine and it basically took her rent money off of it she had to there the next morning and they did fix her problem but, it's just a lot that goes on with this bank before I see my father get avicted I will call a lawyer and the news so everyone can see just how trustable sun trust is.... Be careful of this bank dont know if it's just this glen burnie branch or what but something ain't right we this bank.. We have done spoken to David killeffer an executive ,victor vargas, Marley Marimezca and she actually hung up the phone on us as I asked for the name of the CEO of the banks ..so frustrated with this place...time to get a lawyer cause he deserves more for the all the emotion terminal he's been put through as far as going hungry,being avicted not even having money to even buy toilet paper.and when he calls them , they are so rude had a women admit to laughing at him on the phone.He said you find it funny I was robbed and she continued to laugh..

I went into this branch to open a new checking account. When I sat down there were no other clients waiting and there were 2 bankers without clients. No one greeted me when I entered, no one let me know that I was going to be attended to. After 15 minutes I left. I will be opening my checking account at another bank.

This bank is terrible!! Be aware. My experience at this bank was horrible. I was warned about bogus policies and extra fees. I found out first hand. Plus the people that work there are extremely rude! I strongly recommend banking somewhere else

I went to this bank and this a very nice staff victor hes very helpful and also very friendly and also there a lady in the drive thru that she also is very friendly and helpful

Never make a deposit at this branch. It will take weeks to get your deposit process.
