    This branch has some of the nicest people, Mery and Dana, in particular are exemplary. They have helped me navigate through a difficult time after my fathers death and with my accounts as well. They work very hard all day long and are very busy and unfortunately short of help as most businesses are these days. They know me by name and are always attentive. Just wanted someone in the organization of Truist to know how great this team is.

    I have been a customer of Suntrust for 16 plus years! I have specifically always used the Bellair Bluffs location when I was in Florida living or visiting. Yesterday I called and the woman who answered the phone Julie ann was rude upon answering, when I explained I am out of state trying to resolve a fraud issue with my checking account, she said there was nothing she could do to resolve my issue and that I needed to call the 800 number. I explained to her that I had been calling the 800 number multiple times a day since last thurs and after 20mins it would hang up,..Julie Ann said they cannot help me and hung up. I called back to ask for the Branch manager and she proceeds to tell me I need to lower my voice or she will hang up of which before I could speak she does! I call back again only to get Julie Ann again and ask for the branch manager again and she tells me the branch manager cannot help me, so I ask again for her name, Julie Ann gives me her name and hangs up. I call back and ask for the Branch Managers number and she says that she does not have one and I have to reach her on the line i keep calling and I explain to her that is not true and I need to speak with her,..she hangs up! I end up calling a branch around the corner and that manager assists me with my account issue, has the fraud department call me back to resolve the issue and follows up by giving me the Bellair Branch managers name and direct line!! Well, after calling back later to speak with the Bellair Bluffs Branch Manager I get another lady who takes my name and number and relays a message to Dayna Difazio the branch manager and she had left me a message and I am now waiting to hear back from her at this time! The bottom line is that the banks customer service is horrible now! The Truist/Suntrust/BB&T merger is a nightmare for any Suntrust clients and it literally took me since last thurs to reach anyone at the Bank to resolve a fraudulent unauthorized purchase! REMINDER FOLKS! The bank is holding YOUR money, you do not have to support or use banks or businesses that allow a customer to be hung up on! I will be closing my account with Suntrust and would encourage others to do the same!! NEVER putting my MONEY in their hands again!! Sincerly 16 plus year customer!!

    Incredibly awful! A friend undergoing daily radiation treatments needed help with his account. I set up an appointment for the next day at 1pm, informing them we needed to be at the Cancer center in Tampa by 2:30. Erisa Bylyku told me it would take less than 15 minutes, but that their computers sometimes were down so added some xtra time. We got there on time & wheeled our friend in. An elderly man was waiting in the manager's office. No one checked on him or gave him any courtesies. When he finally got up to leave, my husband helped him out. We waited 10 minutes and Erisa came from the back and had us take a seat. She was rude, inept and treated my friends horribly. I informed her twice that we needed to leave for our appointment. She said we would have to start over if we left. We finally got done at 2:15! Of course we were late getting to Tampa..something is drastically wrong here. I tried to call the office, couldn't get through so finally called the 800 number and after 35 minutes got a woman in the Philippines that I could neither hear or understand!

    Friendly staff, quick service. I visit branch for notary services for my business, and Larisa is always diligent and accommodating. She was cordial and pleasant to speak with. All team is very friendly and helpful. I have nothing but good things to say about this Branch.

    My experience today at this branch was made horrible by Branch Manager Larisa Afanasyeva. While I have had a wonderful experience with Suntrust overall throughout the years, this branch was the worst I have ever visited! All I needed to do was a simple wire - I was there for over 2 hours trying to accomplish this. I understand they need to go through security steps in order to send a wire and thats not a problem. My problem was their attitude, unwillingness to help and excuses/lies. My experience here was HORRIBLE. This wire was to close on a property and now I am having to extend the closing date because of Larisa. In the 2 hours I was there they claimed to have computer problems, session of wire initiation expiring but most important they claimed everything was on pause because of a $3.00 fee - really? I am ok paying $3.00 instead of waiting 2 hours - but this was just a bunch of excuses from them to hold this transaction longer. Why? No reason. I was very polite and patient and Larisa just felt the need to screw me for no reason. When she saw I was calling to complain about her - MAGIC happened! 30 seconds later the wire was sent out. Something that could have happened when I showed up. Larisa also has poor management skills - she encourages her staff to act as unhelpful as she is. She is a poor representation of suntrust. We have 7 accounts with suntrust and I will keep them but I will make sure to NEVER stop at this branch ever again. I would never write a negative review on a business but this was over the line and I would never want something to experience what I did with Larissa.

    Stay away from doing business at this branch. Staff is rude and careless, they are following branch managers instructions on how to treat customers. When you lead by good example you have happy customers. My experience here was horrible. Took them 40 mnts to transfer money from one suntrust account to another suntrust account. While 3 of them were chitchatting in the back, they saw I was getting frustrated and took longer. They have zero regard for people’s time. I find it hard to believe that this branch would have ANY positive reviews, funny enough review from Yelena Malysheva is a fake review from an employee there. BEWARE!

    Worst by far one of the worst Suntrust branches I have ever dealt with. The staff is nasty. Elisa, branch manager, horrible human being and it filters down to the other employees. They take her lead and are just as nasty as she is because she knows and they know nothing will come of it. I hate this bank so much I can’t wait to move my accounts. Long-time customer can’t handle this anymore. Their hours change at whim and then they argue with you over the phone. Can’t even get the simplest of answers can’t even get the simplest of services. The website is of the worst quality. They close the lobby and then they don’t allow you to get to your money through the drive-through. Why am I using a bank if I have no services anymore? I should stick my money in a mattress I would get better use out of it than letting this bank use it.

    They fail to mention when you open a new business account that any deposit you make will be held for a week and that doesn’t work so well when you have to make business purchases. I will close the account as soon as i get access to my money I put in!

    I had an issue with my deposit. I called the wrong branch. The manager contacted the other branch and handlers it for me. So nice, efficient and even got back with me to confirm everything was ok. So happy to see great customer service!
