Waited over 30 mins. Then I was told to come back, then branch manager called and said teller made a mistake on my transaction which would cause a 7 day hold on a large cashiers check and there was nothing she could do to remedy the mistake.

This is my favorite branch. The team is awesome and very helpful. I am glad that Suntrust/Truist opened a branch.

Alisa is always helpful with any of my banking needs. She goes above and beyond to ensure that I have no concerns. I drive pass at least 6 other SunTrust locations to come to this branch because the customer service is always amazing!

This branch is the best suntrust branch y’all can go to. Everyone very friendly and like a family in there. When I have problems w/ my card I GO TO MY PERSONAL BANKER ALTON JONES. HES THE BEST. YALL GO TO HIM. SHOUTOUT TO HIM FOR MANAGING MY FUNDS AND HE DO A AWESOME JOB AT IT. You guys want a professional yet loving atmosphere from your bank y’all go to this one.

Hands down the best bank branch I’ve ever used. Alton is an amazing banker, and the teller and manager are wonderful. Seriously... don’t go anywhere else!
