They sold me a broken item and didn't tell me about the refund policy until after I paid. They just handed me a piece of paper that said no returns on it with the receipts.

Went to pawn a piano worth $500 used. They tried to tell me they could only give me $100 for it… these guys are scammy….

I was looking for a hitachi nailer, they had one at a decent price. They didn’t mind hooking it up to some air to let me see it run. The gun ran heat, the guy brings it back to the counter and knocks $20 bucks off the sticker price. I’ll start going by regularly for my tools now.

DO NOT go here go to Jerry’s lawn on Piedmont or Decatur st. I came here because they say they do loans on anything so I brought in a LV duffle bag worth over $2000 the guy looks at it for 2 seconds and then says I’ll pass. So I ask why and he won’t tell me why so I asked again and then he says he can’t tell if the bag is authentic so I then show him the code and he doesn’t even look at it just says he’ll pass. As I look around the shop there was nothing of real value in there just junk really and old stuff so I went over to Jerry’s and they found the authenticity code on their own and put it into an actual computer system where my bag came up as authentic as it is and I was able to get my loan in under 30 minutes with no problem…DO NOT BRING YOUR ITEMS OF VALUE HERE…THEY DO NOT LOAN ON ANYTHING!!!!

Got 14k White gold studs with 1/3 ct diamond for a really really really great price. I’m super happy with my purchase. The gentleman who helped me was very knowledge about prices. I was thinking of going to Macy’s for a pair of earrings but I’m soooo glad I went here. I saved a ton of money and will definitely be back.

This is by far the best pawn shop in Atlanta. I visited others before and the quality of the experience isn't comparable. The employees are extremely kind, helpful and loyal to repeat customers. This is the only pawn shop I've ever visited where I can go in if I'm in a bind, want to buy something at great price, or simply ask the employees to contact me if certain items come into the store. I highly recommend E L Pawn to anyone that wants to be treated with respect and fairness.

Never been to a worse pawn shop in my life. When i say they are rude and lowballers that’s an understatement. Even the manager is just as rude as the workers. If i didn’t right this review publicly I’d rob that place on gang.
