Absolutely outraged with the level of customer service I have tried for four days to try to pay off a debt. Waited a total of 5 hours on the phone and unlimited emails with no end result I have waited over 2 hours just to be hung up on when it’s my turn. I call and they transfer me and transfer me and transfer me it’ll be 65 minute hold on no problem and nothing! Either they hang up the phone or someone transferred me and it’s no ones problem but my own. I’m simply trying to pay off less than 500 dollars of an overdraft and can’t get anywhere! Get it together Suntrust or bb&t!

Sun Trust is no better than having a prepaid card from Walmart. Cash or direct deposit only. I deposited my paycheck last Friday today is Thursday and it still hasn't cleared. Worst bank ever. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Customer service was the worst. I just opened a new account and I was waiting for my debit card that is now taken longer then 10 days to arrive. I Went into a branch to let them know my debit card hasn't arrived and they made me wait even longer for them to expedite it to one of the branches.

All of the women who work “behind the glass” are all so awesome! And VERY patient with me, an “entertainer” who brings in large amounts of ones in often 😂❤️

So far so good. Small business fees are competitive and they have not made so many mistakes like BBT who always made excuses and who never took responsibility.
