I was trying to pay off an auto loan Friday, January 21st of 2022. Due to upcoming weather condition, they closed their office at 2pm (normally closes at 5:30pm and closed on weekends). I called a little after 2pm that day but, of course, no answer, no call center agent and no online help. I called on Monday but the payoff amount went up already due to interest. Finally, Stephanie answered and I asked if they can honor the Friday's payoff rate due to them closing early but she can't do it. She transferred me to Theresa (one of the Managers) but still didn't do anything on her power to help me adjust the amount (it was just a few dollars for them and they've been making money out of interest for years). I know that weather is out of their control and mine neither, but in that case, at least give a good paying customer a reason to come back. Do yourself a favor and find another financial institution that can assist and help you at your convenience and not theirs. It was easy dealing with them at first at the dealership but after that, you are on your own.

How about ZERO stars for a rating. The credit union was ok, until I had to close my account. I went to the teller to do so. I was told to see one of the branch officers. That person closed my account and handed me a check for the funds, and instructed me to then go to the teller to cash the check. I went to the teller to do so and was informed I was no longer an account holder so I would be charged a fee. Dealing with their employees was like a bad dream and talking to a brick wall. It was shocking how mechanical they were. I would not recommend doing business with these people. They are unprofessional.

This bank seemed like the absolute best to deal with. They had low rates as well as pleasant and fast communication. Well I guess once they get your business thats when their true colors show. I have (in the process of finding a new lender) a boat loan with Latitude 32. I purchased a boat in December and I dealt with David, a loan officer at Latitude 32 and everything seemed to have went smoothly. I had my loan and had a boat coming my way. Well 5 months later, they said I did not have proof of insurance, so they had an insurance company cover it for a $2200 premium and EXPECTED ME TO PAY THE PREMIUM. When I had stated I emailed David about insurance December before I signed, he said "GOT IT". But when discussed over the phone, the person on the phone told me he never said that and I am responsible. I shouldn't have even been able to walk out of there with the boat loan if that was the case. They will NOT accept responsibility. Also not a single phone call about this until 5 months later and paying a premium? Also tried to speak to the manager, no response yet. STAY AWAY.

Beware if you get an indirect loan from here. You're required to open a deposit account that you're not told about, then they take monthly fees out of it and you get a letter saying it's a negative balance. You can call and they freeze it somehow so fees aren't taken out but if you don't know the account exists you don't know to call. Then when the loan is paid off and you want to close the account they charge a $10 fee from the $25! Don't expect any kind of customer service when you call either, it took 3 days for a call to be returned and the "leader's" attitude was as anti customer as possible. Having been a Mortgage Banker at a credit Union for years this whole experience appalled me.

This a bank to tell their lenders that everyone else is a fraud... Customers of ours wanted to get a loan from this bank but the bank rep told them that our dealership was a fraud and non existent business! Really?! And that’s after we had submitted them with the bill of sale and copy of the original title! Customers of this bank BEWARE!!! Our customers loss on missing out on a great deal and a nice clean vehicle! Keep up the good reputation LATITUDE 32!

I do love the people in this bank but this bank is behind in technology. This is the 2nd time someone tried to use my card in another state I had to cancel my card so now I have to wait 8 to 10 days without a card. This bank does not give temporary cards. Due to Covid 19 you cannot not buy goods or put gas in your car without correct change if you are using cash. Also if fraud company think someone is stealing money they just block your card. They dont call you. I have to always call the bank asking why did my card decline and then they tell you.

I have a auto loan through the credit union and you are required to have a checking or savings account. I receive emails regarding the minimum balance being below in that required savings account that is only for a loan purpose. I do not use the account at all. They mailed something and my address changed . I was in the process of notifying all of my accounts of the change but I figured the mail would just forward to my new address as I put in the change with USPS. That did not work. Instead they took $5.00 from the account for returned mail because it would not forward what what ever reason through no fault of my own. That fee is explained in some account paper send to me when I got the loan. Really... I don't use the savings account and I am not paying a fee for returned mail that was no my fault. Everyone I speak to just says well the post office charges us so we charge you. This is the most ridiculous fee I have ever encountered. The fees that come across to consumers is out of control. I had no idea the mail could not be forwarded. It was not a statement because I get them by email. They mailed something else and I MUST pay the fee. .... when Donkeys FLY..!!! Know one there will authorize a refund. It is the Postal service that charges so they pass it on to the consumer. Just so YOU know...personally I would not get another loan here. Just saying.

I received a loan through this institution and as it was a great rate, the customer service and follow up has been non existent. The representative I have been dealing with to get any information about my loan to ensure it is paid on time has been less than pleasant. With all the banks in existence, it's amazing that a smaller institution like Latitude 32 wouldn't place more emphasis on customer service to stand out.

Hendrick Honda financed my new car through Latitude 32 and I'm dying to refinance. Their online systems are not user friendly and are very antiquated. I have to log into two separate systems to check my balance/account info and then make a payment. A checking account was created when I financed my car and I will never put more than the minimum amount allowed in there unless they update their systems.

If i could give zero stars I would. Latitude 32 told my customer that they can't buy a car from my dealership because of the Owner of the company I work for. I have been salesmen of the year twice working for this company and its owner. The owner and his family have been nothing but good to me the whole time I've worked here. I have been with other dealers and my owner is the only one that I've ever work for that actually knows my name and thanks me for the job I do for him. So i feel this bank just cost me a sale which is food on the table for my kid and family. I'm pretty sure this is also ILLEGAL. So I'm sure that now my owner knows this Latitude is gonna have some serious explaining to do soon. A Credit Union is suppose to give me a check if you're approved on what ever the customer wants. The lender told the customer don't do business with them...... ?????? AGAIN, NOT SURE If THIS IS LEGAL!
