Same as the rest of the locations. Understaffed and over crowded. The merger has been a real disaster. And if you call the 1800 number be prepared to wait 40 min to an hour . I hate this company. 😒

SunTrust was decent until they merged to Trust.. I had fraud on my acct and has been trying to get in touch with CS for days. Because everytime a person that I can barely understand answers, they hang up on me and this has happened three times.. I just went on the website and made a dispute. Found out that it was a friend and want to clear it up with the bank so they will not reembuse the money, but no one will still answer the dang phone.. I have been with SunTrust so many years and was very satisfied.. Now since they have merge, it's gone to hell.. I will be closing this account and going to a more reparable bank..

I had trouble getting my wife's cell phone to connect to the bank, so she could bank on line. There were several problems, but Latonya solved them all. She was so pleasant and tenacious. She deserves a promotion. I hope she survives the merger.

When I first joined this bank I thought that it was going to be great and there were things that I liked and things that I didn’t the branch manager was very professional, kind and very helpful. But once you get past her to the tellers is where for me it was headed in the wrong direction...I always felt like I was bothering them so I politely went away.

Head teller is very rude , and not helpful at all. Wouldn't cash my check due to not having 2 forms of I'd. , and basically wasn't helpful at all . Went to oyster point branch. They had my check cashed in 5 mins . Looked at my drivers license and called the person that rote the check... issue fixed .

Every time I cash my check here there's never enough staff on duty. I eat up my whole lunch hour because the tellers all decide to take there lunch at lunch time the busiest banking time of the day. Makes NO SENSE!!!!!!

Had a wonderful experience in the drive thru. Everything was clean and smooth and my teller was very quick and polite.

Great customer service always friendly ; feel very comfortable and smiling faces . Definitely recommend this Bank

Posted hours are not accurate. I showed up 56 minutes before posted closing time and doors were locked and they sent me away.

Friendly and kind but super slow !!!!
