    The guy who set up my account was rushing and made a mistake they prevented me from being able to use Mobil banking. It’s been a huge inconvenience And I will be closing my account because of this

    I went to Langley in hopes of refinancing my car loan and bringing over my checking and savings accounts. I was quickly denied however I went to 1st Advantage and they were amazing and saved me $75 a month on my car payment!!! I also received a $100 cash bonus just for transferring. I was so disappointed in Langley for the lack of customer service. They didn’t even try to help me. So happy I went to 1st Advantage!

    Most of staff are great, nice and friendly. I got only 1 bad experience with my notarization document, but the bank manger did her best to make thing right again. Would recommend anyone I love to use Langley bank service.

    Fortunately, I am not a member any more, use to be in the 80's. Went with a relative yesterday to get money from the atm. He put his card in and did everything required to get money out of his account. Got a receipt and his card back but no money ever came out. Went inside and stood in the long line waiting to talk to a teller about what happened, was told to have a seat and someone would be with us shortly. . After a 40 minute wait, the person speaking with us could only say, it will take 5 days before you get your money returned to your account. Yes, 5 days, I will never be a member there for any reason. *I have read your reply but after that experience there's nothing you can say/write that would change how I feel about this location*

    I have had to deal with some really rude nasty employee's. I have also delt with some really professional kind ones.I have had money transferred from wrong accounts (my own money of course) and I have had them take money from wrong accounts. It just make me even more alert and constantly check after them and my account.I wish they treated loyal customers a little better and we where offered more benefits and rewards like other banks or credit unions. If you don't ask for credit builders or ask how to get rewards points every time you swipe your card they will not offer this info. I hate having a limit on my cash transfers We have a limit transferring our own money so I have had to call and it just depends what teller is working some will do it over land line and some won't. It's hella frustrating I'm the customer and it's my money !!!If I say move it just move it.

    Its faster to go inside. Drive thru takes forever even if there's no one in the line. And it seems to be like this at all branches I go to.

    My niece in South Africa was robbed, her purse taken with all her belongings includingherphone. I thought I would buy her a new phone. I called my Langley branch and a young man (John) helped me do that. Not only did he make my day, he made my niece's ,who happened to be on the phone with me at the time. Thank you John and thank you Langley for hiring employees who care about the members. I wish I could have taken his name so I can send him a personal thank you note. I love banking at langley for the last 30 something years.

    Let just say how do you deposit the money into a wrong accout? The name on my check, my ID and someone else account does not even match. I even gave them my member card. This location screw up so many things on my account. Great bank, just this location horrible. That's why I always goes to the one in Gloucester right near my work.
