Truist Sw Gatlin Blvd, Port St. Lucie

I have a car loan through Truist; my son totaled the car prior to the first payment even being due. Progressive has been repeatedly trying to contact the Total Loss Department and gets met with voicemail and no call back. I tried today, and the computer hung up on me. My second call I was met with the same voicemail. They had better not try to screw with my credit or make me pay when they won't even return an insurance company call who wants to give them money! NEVER AGAIN WILL I DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

Absolutely terrible. I arrived on Thursday at 9:15 the drive thru was closed, the ATM was out of service (no sign or notification) I attempted to go inside the branch and the door was locked. I noticed employees inside and no one came to the door. I then called the branch and someone informed me they forgot to unlocked the door and turn on the OPEN sign for the drive thru. He then asked me what I needed done today. Absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. It’s 9:15 that’s unacceptable. I will forever drive to the Jensen Beach branch even though I live 2 miles away from the Gatlin branch.

This hispanic guy with glasses, working the drive thru, is very rude and always has an attitude everytime l have to do a transaction. He's unprofessional over the phone, and always seem to rush me off. As I'm trying to explain what I need, he cuts me off just to hastly ask me, what I need, with an attitude when I'm already trying to explain what I need.

Worst BB&T branch ever! Called to ask if the lobby was open and the person who answered the phone says " WHAT DO YOU WANT" GO THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU! Maybe they don't know that the state of Florida is open! Time to find a new bank!

Staff is rude and leadership is non-existent at this location, this is the bad Apple of all the locations on the treasure coast.
