Be ware of Patricia Conklin. She is extremely incompetent. This bank does not Stand by what they claim. They are by far the worst branch you can ever go to. Stay away. Patricia Conklin has no idea what she is doing even though I have come in to this bank several times to do the same exact thing. STAY AWA FROM THIS PLACE. PUT YIUR MONEY IN A DIFFERENT BANK. DO YOURSELF THE FAVOR.

I own a business and chose a credit union to my banking for security. My accounts were not secure. On top of constantly fighting with having fees taken out because a company that was blocked was able to take money out of my account. I am now fighting with the bank to get my personal information taken off my account. When I said I would take my money elsewhere they just said okay like they could care less. Please don't bank with the slug.

Glad I closed my account today. I paid off my car loan 11 months ago and they have been taking money from my savings since. Went into lobby today to close account. Lady behind counter was very nice. She needed a manager override to finish the transaction. Well 20 minutes later the manager arrives. Never makes eye contact or says a word to me. The nice lady behind counter kept apologizing for the delay. Guess I was a bother to the managers time. Won't recommend anyone to this company. Midflorida off Gatlin in Port Saint Lucie Florida.

What a horrible bank! I lost my debit card and wanted to write a check to take out cash....my cash! They wouldn't do that through the drive through even though I brought my license AND passport. I asked if someone could meet me at the door to verify my identity and the answer was no. Thanks For nothing! Taking my money and business elsewhere.

I'm not a big fan of companies who take advantage of human suffering (the current pandemic with COVID19) . This is the only credit union that refuses to uphold cross credit union transfers, blaming it on the pandemic. No other credit union, that I can find, is reneging on their agreement to work with different credit unions. Be warned, these guys truly only care about their bottom line. Thankfully there are different credit unions other than MidFlorida who won't shut down their services, the very first opportunity they have.
Hi John, I'm sorry that we let you down and can understand why you were frustrated. During the time that lobbies were closed and we were only able to offer drive-thru service, we had to suspend CO-OP Shared Branching transactions due to the higher risk of fraud presented in the drive-thru. Now that our lobbies have re-opened, we welcome members of different credit unions to come inside for service. -Rebecca

Worst bank ever because of the type of account you have they put all your checks on hold even though you own your own business customer service is horrible everything I have is cash. walk into the bank with 10 grand (2 weeks ago)the associate had no issues taking my cash but no there giving me all this issue Making my funds available now 7200 dollars makes no sense this is unbelievable
