Superb service at this branch. The branch leader is phenomenal, fosters a safe space for all guests, and goes above and beyond for the customers. This is the place to go to not only feel heard and understood but also to receive the necessary help and more due you. 5 star no question

Had fraud charges over 750$ they refused to refund overdraft fees on fraud not got back my 750$ either these people are about too make me homeless.

I always go inside to handle any business, no matter how small. The tellers are wonderful and an absolute joy. Some of the warmest people you'll ever meet. John, the manager, is awesome and has always made sure I get the best service each time.

John (the inside rep) was such a gentleman. He was kind, caring, and extremely professional. He proved that it wasn’t just a job, but he was genuinely interested in me as a personal. After everything was fixed, he chatted with me a bit. I had an AWFUL day and wasn’t really in the mood to do anything but get home, but John was easily to talk and listen to. I didn’t mind talking to him at all. I’ll ask for him every time, if I can. If corporate is reading this, give him a raise. Extremely personable. I’m thankful for him.

You know what would be great? If you guys would answer your phones. Or, even better, if you could return your calls based on the long and detailed messages that have been left. I understand sometimes you're too busy to answer, but not returning your calls?? The employees, maybe I understand. But the branch manager not responding to voice messages left on his machine is just ridiculous.

If you want to save time by going through the drive thru, dont bother. It would be much quicker to go inside. I sat there for 10 minutes amd Inwasnt even at the window yet. I would have left but there was a car behind me. All in all, I spent 15 minutes in the drive thru as opposed to maybe 5 minutes inside.

Couldn't provide change for my business at 12:30. The teller told me I should come back in a half hour (when my lunch is over). There is no excuse for a bank not being able to give me change. I will be closing my account.

Had 2 bank accounts for 10+ years. Both have been closed. Very rude branch manager that escorted me out after questioning his abilities and questioning their fraud department. Reluctantly switching banks

Went there in Saturday , waited 30 minutes before someone greeted me and asked me what I am there for , one of the personal bankers was on his cell phone and didn't even bother getting up and talk to me , not very good Managment

This place is terrible. Worst Suntrust. The woman who helped me in the drive thru was so rude and short with me when I accidentally forgot to give her my ID! I will never go back. This is ridiculous.
