Fred the General manager, and Cruz go above and beyond the call of duty to satisfy and ensure that their customers are well taken care of . they do everything in their power to help get the most VALUE for the items we bring in their store so that their customers can have the funds needed for whatever bills, gifts, or things needed in their everyday endeavors. They trear the customers so well that i have personally kept coming back for all my loan needs, shopping needs ect. They are the best percentage on jewelry and weapons.a I encourage everyone to stop by and meet the A team that Fred has as a crew. They have great prices on all sorts of items that are expensive everywhere else. Freds value pawn in Longwood has saved my hide numerous times. And i cant thank them enough for everything. I never do reviews like this but im taking the time to give a amazing opinion for everyone to see so that u all know you will be taken well care of here and walk out satisfied. This place sold me a fake Rolex Sea Dweller. Before I purchase the watch I ask them if the watch was an original Rolex and they told me yes. The watch was price at $5999.99 and they sold it to me for $2000.00. They knew the watch was fake there is no doubts. This watch was taken by me to a Rolex expert and certify and told me that the watch was a very nice reproduction but it wasn't real. When I went to the store to talk to the (store manager) he got offended because I told him that he needs to be responsible for this huge (mistake). He told me that nobody in the store was knowledgeable about Rolex watches but still put it out for sale as Legitimate. The entire crew are nasty with no manners.The (store manager) Julio is the worst Manager I have ever deal with. Unprofessional and arrogant. It is very sad to see the great company build by Mr. John Thedford got so low and shady. I wont recommend anyone to go in to this location or any value pawn location. Cash america Pawn is more prepare and sale you legitimate stuff. I was on this business for more than 7 years and I can tell you stay away from this company (Value Pawn). Take your business somewhere else.
