I’ll like to give it O stars. There’s African American woman with glasses, that has a bad attitude. Don’t help out the others employees. Just sit there don’t do anything. Closed the lobby time before it’s 12, even if it’s 11:30. She need better customer service skills. I’ll never go back to this bank again.

It’s ridiculous how long it takes to get someone on the phone. Since the merge this bank has gone down hill.

Have done business here for many years. Loved this bank until they merged. After that it's been a nightmare!!! We plan to move all our accounts elsewhere!!

I have banked with Suntrust for over 35 years. I recently open an business account with them and it has been an nightmare. Takes hours to get someone to answer (This what happens when you move all customer service to other countries) then they send you to another department where you have to wait for hours again. Done, done, done.

A few months back I opened an account with BB&T at this location. My first time coming in I waited at the counter for 10 min started my transaction with a suntrust rep and then was moved down to a bbt rep even though I said that I had a Bbt account. then as the bbt lady( very nice btw) at the counter is making my transaction this woman walks in....now this process of them moving me down seem to happen every single time... this weird guy immediately rushes out and greets the woman being overly nice. so after a few times i realized that every time a woman goes in there he makes sure to speak and hit on them. this happened like 5 TIMES in my first month ...this dude is a creep only guy in there i think. my family doesnt even go to the location anymore.

They don't have enough employees. I've gone through the drive thru twice in the last few days and waited 15 minutes or longer. Inside branch is closed. Just ridiculous you aren't able a deposit.

Had an overdraft fee. My account went negative because I had bills auto-drafting and my employer messed up my pay. I called SunTrust, gave my account number, told them what happened and they immediately removed the fee. Went a lot easier than I was expecting.!

This is one of the friendliest and most helpful banks I have ever bank with!!! I just love Kate and Kim! They always greet me with a smile and a friendly hello!! You can't go wrong with this bank.

website is out of date , nothing in greenville open on saturday but says it is.

Sun trust took $50 from my two year old. They neglected to let us know there was a 4.00 monthly fee for a children's account. We will not use them again
