Best bank in south Florida. Personable employees willing to go the extra mile for you. B.o.A, Wells Fargo etcetera have nothing on this branch or I happen to feel that smaller is better. If you're interested in feeding the conglomerate machine, have at it. I appreciate the places where you feel comfortable. Employees know your name. As well as representing a family atmosphere. Along with sound banking advice. I would give 5 stars. But that represents perfection. 4 & 1/2 is as high as I permit. As no-one or no place is perfect.

The women here are slow and rude. I stood in line for an hour. Then when I got to the window the woman was unhelpful and unfriendly. Closed out my account will never use again.

This is a joke! How this Bank retains their client base. Their service is so terrible! Phone customer service are so horrible. To do a small task here....you wait wait wait They really don't care

It's a great bank. Always helpful to us. Viola did all she could for a problem I had with my account. Did a follow up call and all.

Viola is amazing and always accommodating and great at answering any questions that I have. Best customer service I've experienced in banking.

Horrible customer service, the people on the customer service line cannot comprehend English cause there from who knows where, and just don’t do anything to help customers
