    The customer service here is subpar. They only have one teller open, AT A BANK. They have someone welcoming people into the bank which is completely unnecessary. You don't need a greeter. You need more tellers because the line is about to be at the door. These banks make too much money to not have more staff. Unacceptable

    Corporate probably puts the employees in an impossible situation by understaffing, under paying and forcing them to charge ridiculous fees. The teller line was literally 14 deep with 1 window open at 330pm, until all of us customers were fortunate that a 2nd opened after being in line 30mins. Paying .01 percent interest on Savings accounts, and charging up to 20 percent or more on some credit cards sounds like a recipe for profit..The least BofA could do is step up the customer service.

    Absolutely abysmal customer service. This branch has 8 inside teller windows. It is usually staffed with ONE teller, if you are lucky maybe two. They could care less if there are 15 or twenty customers waiting in line (as there were today 12/10/2020 at 3 pm). Of course they can somehow afford two security guards to look after the line. I will be closing my accounts and moving to another bank. Avoid at all costs! Oh, and in response to Annette below...Please explain how I can withdraw more than $1500 in cash from an ATM machine? There are times a teller is necessary. Why have eight windows and only one staffed? If there are consistently hour long waits for a teller, (and customer service is in fact a priority) what possible explanation is there to not provide more staff?!

    Awful They don't follow the appointment schedule Very disorganized staff and slow after schedule 3 appointments to open a safe deposit box and wait 3 days for 1h lobby I still cannot solve it unbelievable

    I dont understand why this location has so much space and cashiers if ONE PERSON is always at the window. Either hire more people or open up more windows. 1 hour wait to deposit. WellsFargo is so much more organized. I hate B.O.A

    I went there on Monday July 26th and the computers were down all day had to go to another store. Then tried to give him a chance the next day on Tuesday the 27th of July and waited 15 minutes to only for them to tell me the computers are down again!!! I can see one day but two days in a row is no excuse!!!

    I'm really offended with the treatment that I received this morning from this special "Bank Of American" busisness location. I got to this place 11:44 am. In the welcome cubicle was not body to take care of the costumers, after five minutes eat over a gentleman who told me that for the volume of costumer I must have to wait for 45 minutes. So, because I was already there I decided to wait for the 45 minutes. After that, the same guy came close of the waiting section and ask of each one of us about language we speak. Then we were like 5 people there a lot of multiculturalism people in these place, what is ok, we live in America and we are a very multicultural country, I have come and asked about my language I told him that My language is "Español " Then, after that they called everybody and I was patient waiting but, 12:44, I asked for the same gentleman, about my turn, that already I was for more than an hand they did not attend me. So they were so nasty and raised his voice on my face telling me that nobody skips my turndhat my turn was not able yet. I told him that he told me to wait for 45 minutes then I was there for an hour. So at this point I did not have a choice, because 1:00 o'clock pm on Saturdays all the banks are already closed. So, I sat again then, they attended everyone that was with me in a waiting room. And I was so frustrated because my employees were waiting for me to pay them for the week then they were waiting for me one hours that I have to pay them like extra time. I was not happy about all what was happening there. Therefore, I eat again and request for attention, then the same guy that was not nice to eat me over and told me I'm not nice terms and with very

    Completely satisfied with my visit, the banker Adolfo took care of a fraud incident I had in my account and made me feel very comfortable and assured. He was very professional as well as the rest of the staff at this location. I scheduled an appointment for a second visit to review my accounts with the same banker and I didn't even had to wait for a minute.

    This Bank moves alittle slower then the other Bank Of America. Because when I walk in. I was told that it’s going be a twenty minute wait turn into a hour wait. So I’m like wow that change a lot I was only waiting behind two people but I understand it’s Saturday. You don’t have much worker in the morning like a regular day.

    Walked in 15 minutes before closing to check the status of a debit card I ordered about a month ago. The rep at the front greeted me, her name was Kadianne, I believe. She asked my business for my visit and I explained it to her. She told me to call on the phone, and if I didn't want to do that she could set up an appointment. Was real short and quick with her answers, didn't emphatize with me at all and seemed like she didn't want to work since it was almost closing time. Will not visit this location again due to this below average service
