The worst customer service of any bank I have ever used. They never have enough change to fill your change order. They can never explain why they can’t provide change. It’s always we are extremely short right now. This would be a great location to have a bank.

Unprofessional customer service. Hung up on twice, attitude from teller and branch manager not returning phone calls. My money will be going elsewhere!!

By far the worst experience I have had with the bank!.. We deposited our checks. 10 days later after giving us a run around with our money being on hold closed our accounts and told us we do not want relationship with you. Then sent us a paper check!. Never have I been through anything like this before.

I personally submitted name change documents twice at this location over a period of 6 weeks and they assured me my name would be updated in their system. They never followed up and made the change, and so I had to file a complaint with their upper management to review their procedures. Very frustrating to say the least!

The professional boundaries between a banker and patron were crossed when representative Kathy Broadway-Synychak initiated a personal relationship between herself and my husband. A relationship the two secretly maintained for 3-years. While my husband has admitted to his involvement in the relationship, Ms. Synychak mitigates her involvement. She contends that he was merely at their home a few times to repair the air conditioner. However the text messages between the two were clearly not limited to the operation of the A/C equipment. Now I, yes I, have been asked to change my banking habits, setting an appointment for any future banking needs to avoid confrontation. #Personal banking; #Customer Service at it's Best; #no trust in Suntrust

I visited the office earlier today to deposit checks. These checks were emailed to me by a company rebate program. The checks were for small amounts and were printed on my house printer which had both check sides on one page. The check was drafted by a legitimate company and simply required them to make a deposit with the information provided however they were puzzled and at a loss for how to handle. I stood by waiting for employee to make calls to higher and discuss with manager. This was a simple task that I could have accomplished via SunTrust Application without issue however I was nearby and figured it would be easy to stop any pay. In many of my interactions with SunTrust I was dissatisfied with their dated business practices. I decided to close my accounts immediately and realign my banking needs with a more efficient bank. In the employees defense they were very professional and did not break even after I lost my patience. I think its an institution problem and lack of training to immediately adjust for circumstances that may not be the normal but customers want efficiency and expedited service.

I have been with Suntrust for over 20 years, and until a couple of months ago, have been completely happy. On New Years Eve, I deposited a check from my job in the atm. Three weeks later, I learned that the atm had malfunctioned, and the amount of the check was deducted from my account, because after 3 weeks, the atm decided it couldn't read my typed check. When I visited the branch to find out what had happened, I was told that in 7 to 10 business days, the check in dispute would be mailed to me so that I could take it back and deposit it to a human, who would hopefully have better luck reading the amount than the machine had. At business day 14, i emailed yet another rep to find out why there was an additional delay, and was appalled to be told that I would probably have better luck getting my employer to disburse a new check to me. So, after holding hundreds of dollars of mine hostage for nearly 3 weeks, their advice is to get my employer to compensate for their gross error? Noted. As soon as I get my stolen money back, i will be closing my account.

The worst bank I have ever dealt with. Not this branch, but the mortgage side of this bank is a nightmare and don't appreciated their customers or have any type of knowledge of their rules and regulations. You can tell by talking to the rookies they employ, wait times and inconsistancies. Horrible experience... not to mention the lawsuits and customer ratings they have. Horrible customer service.

I like using SunTrust so far for a couple years now, however the one time I had a bad experience with this financial bank was when I double deposited the same check on accident and told them about it and they still charged me a fee when they told me that I wouldn’t get charged a fee when I asked. It was a $30 fee... 😐
