Unfortunately, very disappointed with new employees and services provided... missed professionalism this branch had...

They have an outstanding team... Great Service, Professional, and they really understood me and my financial needs. They got a new manager a few months ago and he has brought in a new team that really cares. Great bank for full service for my personal and business accounts.

This branch treated me as if I were a thief. I tried to withdraw about 4000 dollars from my own account and they just simply looked at me and my account as if we didn't belong together. All I had to do was resign my signature card and they wouldn't even suggest that to me. They just kept saying they didn't feel comfortable making the transaction. I'm a African American female and I work extremely hard and make good money. They are extremely racist including the branch manager. Awful service!!!!

Told me to go to another branch and that it wasn’t their problem. Just left today 12/11, teach your employees how to actually help your customers.

Dreadful customer service (used to be good) Glad this branch is closing. Hope they do not ruin customer service at other branches.

Very helpful with the Truist app and navigation.
