Chase Bank Glades Rd, Boca Raton

My first time stepping in this banking center as my mother dealt with an agent David she liked previously. No one to greet or guide members so I just asked the first person I saw about the agent. The «  manager » Thomas yelled at me that I need to step out and have a seat until further assistance and slammed his office door on my face. Then he came out again of his office and scolded me in public in the lobby that I need to wait for the agent I am looking for. David has always helped my mom who is a senior and always went above and beyond to assist her but this manager Thomas is by far the rudest person I have ever seen in a banking center. This guy «snapped » and had zero emotional control and is extremely disrespectful. He could have simply stated that David was not at his office and to wait for him which is pure common sense to wait and all I was doing is simply find out if he was even still working there as my mom was stuck 2 years overseas due to the pandemic. My point is DO NOT DISRESPECT ME !

TERRIBLE PEOPLE WHO WORK HERE. The manager Ophelia or whatever her name is is an absolute Cee u next tuesday and told me I could sit there all day and she wouldn't help me. They stole my check and refuse to take any responsibility for it. I have filed reports with the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Reserves as they are FRAUDS LIARS AND THEIVES and are holding my money illegally. The manager should be fired or worse and never allowed to work in customer service. Karma will get these people

The guy helped a lot. And finally got resolved our problem within in hour. The reason of 4 stars, we were lucky to get this guy, not the women, which was very nerveous and always cleaning and asking many unrealevant questions.

"Things change" is how this senior citizen was greeted at your Military Trail office in Deerfield. I did not know to sign in as sign in sheet on table in sitting area and never expected it there. Just needed a question answered and saw two people standing by first counter I saw. One was a mortgage officer who should not have been there and would not even acknowledge me. Other I didn't know was helping someone and was rude. What a greeting! I mentioned all this to your person in an office and said the above "things change". Customer Service should not. Nothing was clear. I tried to rectify this by calling first. No One answered phone. Some one should cover branch office phones. Indeed, things do change and not for the better. Long time customer and disappointed to see your manner of treating your clients has changed so much. The lady up front could have been kinder to an older woman who clearly only had a quick question and then would have waited patiently in line. NO personal transactions should have occurred at that counter anyway.

Poor customer service. They will treat you nice when you’re opening an account but later they won’t give you the attention whenever you need them again!

Thomas, the manager, is awesome. Very polite and professional. I never had any issues in that location. Highly recommended Chase branch.

I go to this bank many times in a a month for my business and personal needs. I have always received excellent service no matter what time of day. The inside staff were helpful with Notary signatures for my home loan, even though it was not a Chase Home Loan. The drive through is one of the few left in the county. I love Chase and this branch is fantastic.

My experience was terrible I bank with chase for a long time I usually always have a great experience but this partically branch was very sup-par. Management team in my opinion was lacking knowledge. The kicker to all of this was I was asking the so called manager a couple questions and she was acting like I was wasting her time and I was not existing! I will continue to go to chase but never again will I step in this branch, as I will send my thoughts to the people I know.

Unfriendly experience. There was a gentleman near the door who looked my direction when coming in and said nothing. Im accustom to being greeted when walking in most bank/ other locations. He walked away after telling another customer where to go never asking why I was there. One teller was helping someone and the other helping what I later found out to be a drive thru customer but no one said hello, we’ll be with you. Just unplesant to say the least. Teller was very dry. This place could use some lightening up atmospherically.

They refused notarize my documents because I have no account with they. Is it a new practice now?🙄 I was notarizing before in Chase and Bank of America and it never was an issue! Spend 30 min for nothing!
