Truist Sw Village Center Dr, Port St. Lucie

I have a car loan through Truist; my son totaled the car prior to the first payment even being due. Progressive has been repeatedly trying to contact the Total Loss Department and gets met with voicemail and no call back. I tried today, and the computer hung up on me. My second call I was met with the same voicemail. They had better not try to screw with my credit or make me pay when they won't even return an insurance company call who wants to give them money! NEVER AGAIN WILL I DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

I was with Suntrust for 6 years, never had an issue. The second they change to this “Truist” joke I’ve had issues non-stop. From not having access to my own checking/savings accounts, to the ATM simply not working, you will have issues with them. This is what happens when big business gets greedy without care for the consumer. Open an account with an actual bank and save yourself the hassle. Stay far away from Truist, I know I wish I did.

Made appointment and was warned greeted by LISA. She was able to take care of two issues and got my new account opened promptly. I needed some additional paperwork faxed out the following day, and she responded promptly and courteously. She definitely is knowledgeable in all facets of business and I will drive the extra five miles to do business with this branch.

Worst bank ever. Plan to have money taken out of your account without authorization and then pay a fee to have it stopped.

Great little bank, very nice people here and very helpful. Sometimes at night I make deposits and the ATM is out of paper. I did call and leave a message. ATM print out paper is kind of like toilet paper, when you need it- you really need it! Very nice bank.

The lady seemed very easily annoyed of me but at least the problem was solved.

Such a great bank and Antony is awesome to work with, he always goes out of his way to provide the best service!

Staff here always willing to assist. Never a line in drive thru or inside the lobby.

It's is a great experience every time I visit this branch. Staff loves working here and CJ is wonderful.
