If I could give 0 stars I would. I made an appointment online, as with covid-19 the lobby is closed unless you have an appointment. I literally have a confirmation email and an appointment number. When I arrive at the bank for my appointment, the doors are locked, so I call the office. Jeff picks up, and tells me that there is no appointment on the schedule. Even though I tell him I have a confirmation email and number, so the error is on their end, he tells me that I’ll just have to wait in the tellers line, even though the issue is complicated and I wanted to conduct it in the lobby where I’d have more time and privacy. I am extremely disappointed by the complete lack of care and customer service.

Great service! Super nice manager and staff. Made our visit very pleasant and answered all our questions. Highly recommend this branch for all your banking needs.

Bummer Experience - teller team was not empathetic while they had an opportunity to win a new customer. The teller who served me did not have on a name tag on.... Overall, need better customer service training. Jeffery look care of the situation and was the only staff member to understood the situation.

Worst bank branch I’ve ever dealt with. Staff failed to properly file account opening paperwork resulting in issues with our account even after we reminded them many times and provided them with all of the info requested. Don’t waste your time with this place, take your money elsewhere.

It's your typical SunTrust. Slow service and everything is a process. Everything the teller can do replicates the ATM, so not sure why it would be worth going inside. Anything you need that the ATM cannot do, neither can a teller so you'll have to go in and wait for a "banker" once they finish whatever they are doing. Service is not a priority here.

Don’t trust SunTrust with your money. They should actually rename themselves to SunDontTrust. The employees don’t care about you they are just happy to have a job. They want your money and that’s it. They have terrible customer service and have proven to hold your money, not secure it safely. Watch your back. Any bank option is better than this one.

Love dealing with this branch Farah and the whole staff treat us as family and it's great to be a member here for over 15 years.
