Truist Denbigh Blvd, Newport News

Though I think the new Truist location is nice, small but nice anyway. They never have enough tellers and waiting in line for 20-25 mins. is ridiculous, they also have horrible customer service especially from Bonnie. I wish there was another location close to me because I now dread dealing with anyone who works here.

Terrible AND trash customer service .. I was literally in the drive thru line for 17min and when I asked for help she had a attitude with me .. definitely leaving this bank

Lobby is still closed and drive thru has two lines with one person working both. Avoid this branch at all cost if you're in a hurry.

Such bad customer service from the call center. 1 hour wait to talk to anyone and when you do get to talk to someone they make it impossible to get anything done. They needed my social security number, address, acct number, phone number, date of birth and routing number just to let me make a purchase with my own money. After waiting an hour and being transferred three times they told me they couldn’t help me because I couldn’t provide a 16 digit acct number off the top of my head. So now I’ve got to dig up a check and call them back wait another hour and hopefully maybe I’ll be able to buy something. Their Insurence is also a sham. Not a happy customer at all.

Drive thru closed for 2 days now

The woman I dealt with was terribly rude and very unprofessional I’ve been banking with BB&T for the longest time and after that experience considering leaving. Don’t use this location.

Great bank.been banking here for 12 years now always been a pleasant experience great employees always pleasant and smiling.

2nd time in 1 month the bank opened after 9am.

Burglars, Bandits & thieves....horrible is a nice way to put it.....
