Horrible customer service. You will wait at least 10 minutes before anyone even greet you, then another 15 to 25 before being served. I was in line the teller said she will be rifht with me instead she walked out with her lunch in her hands.I have came here early in the morning the afternoon and evenings and its still the same sloppy service

Branch manager fixed my issue by taking the time to help me. The teller was rude, abrupt, and judgmental. I waited 45 mins to get help from someone. Meanwhile she is the only one staffed today!

i have had a terrible experience with Angela for awhile now in I’m so over her nonchalant attitude in she is suppose to be some type of manger. Her customer service is horrible she has a very nasty attitude in because of her I will no longer bank with this bank. They really need to do something with her because clearly she doesn’t need to be working with customers at all.

This is the worst bank I’ve EVER experienced in my entire life. BB&T treated me like a criminal for opening a small business banking account with all my provided legal documentation. You disgust me. As my business develops, I will make it my mission to inform other business owners of your dealings and to stay far away from your bank as any business. Period. This is the most disgustingly unprofessional bank I’ve ever experienced in my life. It will be the last. All the negative reviews are correct. Stay far away.

Angela is very rude I was considering opening account with this bank but the way she handle me I wouldn’t dare have my hard earned money going here I wanted to open a small business account and she made me feel very uncomfortable like I was a criminal. I also need documents Notarized and which she tells me she can’t notarized because she didn’t understand the paper work which I called my lawyer in had her on the phone to explain it to her and Angela stated she didn’t care what my lawyer had to say she still don’t understand and walked off which she wasn’t trying to understand I didn’t think you have to understand my busses to get a paper notarized because I left there in went right to Wells Fargo in they notarized it with out a problem I think she was just been a little nosey worst experience ever.

Just opened an account online Sunday Oct 11th., Went in this Branch on Tues Oct 13th just to check on to make sure my Business account was setup just got off from working 3rd shift at my other job and the experience I went through wasn't a pleasant one at all, know keep in mind I have 6 accounts total 3 different Banks 4 at one 1 at another, and 1 at another. I just thought I would provide my business service at a BB&T location. So I got to the bank at 9 am I walked through the door and you would think that you would get a greeting from one of the branch representatives but no, no one acknowledge me, I seated myself in the customer service area and I look at a lady sitting at her desk and she looked at me and proceeded to continue doing whatever she was doing like I was invisible, then I looked around and another branch representative was engage in a conversation and looked at me and continued to talk instead of holding the conversation for a few seconds and acknowledge me and say someone will be with you in a moment. So this rep finally brought her conversation to an end and then ask could she help me I told her that I open an account online then she had me go over to a desk that was in the open with no privacy, from the looks of things see didn't really seem like she knew what she was doing if she did she sure had me fooled. She asked me a few question in a hurry like I was bothering her she printed 2 documents out asked me to sign. I told her that I need to deposit money into my new account she took a deposit slip wrote my account number on it which she wrote wrong and ask me to go to the teller to make the deposit #PAUSE In the history of me banking a new members or account holders 1st deposit has never went up to teller to make a deposit, the Representative always made the deposit for them they always say "Mr or Mrs so & so give me a minute to make this deposit for you and I'll be right back with your deposit receipt" so I proceeded to the line yes a line because it was right after a holiday that fell on a Monday I asked the rep. is a branch manager in and she said no they will be in later bluntly, very irritated I just replied ok she seen the unit on my face that I wasn't happy did she care no. I get to the teller in my mind hoping she didn't ask how was I doing cause that would have opened me up to expressing myself which would've been good, the teller simply asked how could she help me I replied I just would like to make a deposit (for the record the deposit amount requirement was $100 which I deposit 4x's that. The rep who gave me this crappy service had another customer, one my way out the door she made it her business to say by to me and called me by my first name #TrueShade in my mind I was like lady u don't know me like that I held my tongue and proceed out the door yes I will be closing this account this Friday Oct 16th....I am an entrepreneur (hairstylist & operate my own independent artist management company, college student soon to graduate in a few months, and work in the hospitality industry in management so I know 1st hand or customer or what we call in hotel's guest service. I work hard for my money and I want to put my money into a place that I know that I am treated right, respected, and valued as customer yes #EpicFailure that lost a valued customer!!!!! I checkout the reviews just to see if it was just this branch but no I notice it was several branches SMH this is a world record for me I've never opened up and closed a bank account so fast very disappointed with BB&T I'm surprised corporate hasn't gotten involved to better their branches that to me is a true RED FLAG >: (
