SunTrust is a Bank that excels in Customer Service. The Tellers, Laura is friendly and always very helpful with my Banking Needs. If you require information and for solving any questions; a Personal Banker is always available to guide you through all aspects of your Banking experience. They are in College Park and easily accessible. I have had the Best Banking experience with SunTrust. The people that work at this branch are very nice and courteous. The physical branch itself used to be nice and cozy but since having been remodeled the interior could scarcely be mor blank and sterile looking. It’s awful IMHO. One of the tellers opines that it was minimalistic. Yes, that at a bare minimum.

They've always treated me decent and given me loans and accounts where other banks wouldn't. The only negative aspect with this particular branch is the parking and the frequent long waits at the drive up teller.

This branch does not have drive in tellers. Parking is across a very busy street and all were taken. Forced to park in another business parking. Due to heavy traffic, it took thirty minutes to walk over and use the atm. Don’t bother!

Very Nice place to Bank, except traffic cause, to road construction an parking space lot not found.
