While conveniently located in the heart of College Park, this is one of the smaller locations for Bank of America with limited parking. Employees are courteous & professional. TIP: The teller line can sometimes be long & slow, so arrive early & avoid the busy lunch-time & Friday afternoon hours. Also, if you need to see someone, reserve an appointment online before arriving. Their mobile bank app is also easy to use for simple online deposits and transfers (saves me lots of trips to the bank). Other than that, I like the "small town" feel of this tiny branch location.

Davina was my banker, I had a very pleasant experience with her. I needed help making a wire transfer and couldn’t figure it out in my BOA app. She was very knowledgeable and patient during the process. Also Cindy the manager, was very pleasant as well and helped assist me. Very positive environment and helpful courteous staff overall !
Hi Alissa. Thanks for letting us know how helpful Davina was during your financial center visit. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know what we’re doing well. ^susan

Very smooth, easy process. Went around 9:15am. No wait time. There were two ladies working up front and they were very quick to help me and one other customer. Did not answer phone when I called, but I was able to show up in person and was helped.
Hello, Isabella. Thank you for choosing Bank of America for your financial needs. We’re glad to hear the process went smoothly. Thanks for taking the time to let us know. ^guillermo

The Bank of America use to be a great bank, but steadily it has GONE DOWNHILL. I spent all day on the phone trying to get help , when I finally get thru, they refuse to talk to me. They are denying payment of my bills, groceries etc. on my debit card for no reason, they said we have not done that, well it is certainly being done and the notifications are from Bank of America. I have more then enough money in my account, but they do not want to correct this or take the blame. Yes I am DONE with Bank of America and all of their RUDE employees(but far and few between there are a FEW nice ones, ) Actually they should not get even 1 star. It is pretty ruff trying to pay bills and your bank denies payment, these are places I have auto pay and have been paying for years.

I literally work three minutes from this location, so on my break I went in just to withdraw a large amount of money out of my account, more than allowed via the ATM. There was only one teller who was obviously extremely busy with one customer. Besides myself there were three other people in line. I look around and there are at least 3 other employees in the bank. I waited about 20 minutes in line but had to leave. Not ONE person offered to help even though it was OBVIOUS that the line awaiting the teller was only getting longer. After returning to work, I tried multiple times to call the manager or anyone for that matter at that location but kept getting a voicemail that stated everyone was busy at the moment and couldn't take the call. Keep in mind, I was just there not even 5 minutes before and saw at least 3 people sitting at their desks with NO customer in front of them. Extremely aggravating to say the least. Cant get help in the bank or via phone. Changing banks to somewhere with better customer service is looking good.

No more drive thru, usually only 1 teller inside. Even with long lines no tellers comes to help. Usually 20 minutes at least to do anything. Closes at 4 Monday-thursday. I have been with them from Barnett Bank to Nations Bank to now and the service is the worst ever. My business banking is with them too. All that will probably end soon. Don't bank with them.

So...I have been banking at this branch since 2001. Unfortunately, with time they first cut off the drive through (which was very convenient)..but I stayed since it has good dedicated workers and I blamed the elimination of the drive through to the bad economy back in 2012 or so. Then...Bank of America placed only one or two tellers at best to care for customers (which creates a long line and delays for the customers inside the bank), but I stayed because of the human quality of the personnel. Then Bank of America froze my account without notifying me (I found out by trying to make a deposit in person which was refused due to the account's freezing) because "I failed to respond to a letter, e-mail, and a voice mail they supposedly had left me inquiring about 'up dates' on my information". I have not been able to find any of the requests..but the bank insists they contacted me prior to freezing my account. My commercial checks to several vendors and government agencies bounced (although I had sufficient funds in my account). A trust account was also frozen (which includes clients' funds). The bank refuses to reimburse me the returned check fees I have had to pay vendors and other payees who were unfortunate enough to receive my checks from a frozen account. It is the bank's position they are not to blame. Good going for the customer is always right and for customer support. ……….I am seriously considering if this is Bank of America's third strike.....

Walked in to set up a PIN number for my debit card and activate my card. Waiting for 40 min. Agent walks up to a person who came in after me and starts helping him.... nonsense. I am leaving Lol. This is not a costumer service. This is bad work.

Worst customer service ever!!!!! Never adequate teller staff. Long waits. And completely unavailable during this pandemic. The rest of us are working!!! FIX THE WEBSITE TO INDICATE WHEN YOU ACTUALLY OPEN!!! You successfully changed from 9 to 10. Twelve is a 1 and a 2.

Do not trust Bank of America. Associates tinker with your accounts and make changes while your away without your permission.
