Truist Wisteria Dr, Germantown

This day is Saturday, January 22, I showed up at 9:42 and it is closed. on the web it appears open there is no indication of anything what a bad service drive 30 minutes

This Suntrust branch is permanently closed by Truist.

This bank needs to hire more tellers, only 1 or 2 handle both inside and drive thru also, they take soo long to process anything, is unbelievable

I've the worse experience here, had issue with account and went to talk to the personal banker. Didi was busy with his phone and any kind of assistance I wanted from him, the answer was no. Requested him to call customer care on my behalf and his answer was no. Very unprofessional and constantly using cellphone. Won't recommend anyone to go there.

I was in the brand open the account on January 28 and on the 29 only ine day after and they close my account said they dont want to have banking relationship with me I think this is not what people want so I give them one star I wish I can give them -1star

Really like the staff here. If they can’t solve a problem they find someone who can help sort things.

Staff is nice but they are SO SLOW always takes forever just for one thing.

The ATM is always messed up here. Today at the drive-through it took $20 when I was making a deposit. I had to call customer service to get a credit back

Missed lobby access but was able to do what I needed through the atm.
