My banker has been the best banker ever! He has always been prompt, professional, and courteous always going that extra mile to assist our small business whenever we need it!! While waiting in line for about an hour now, the main guy that’s behind the teller takes his time and gets attitude with customers frustrated at the wait, thennnn after about 45 min with one lady and the line is at about 8-9 people he takes a lunch break. Don’t know if he is the manager but they def need one with a little common sense and urgency.

Suntrust, bb&t & Truist should close this location. How can you do something one week and not the following?? Are they not trained correctly. “ I don’t know how they did it.”Embarrassing. Gonna switch banks so I don’t deal with these clowns

Love the teller at this branch 1601 Maryland Ave NE ,the experience with SunTrust has always been great from day one, I’ll be with them until they say good bye.

The employees at this location are Awesome! & Sundays hours !!? 1-5 !all banks should be open on Sundays! Oh hell yeah!!!I'll tell all my friends!!! Thanks again for being open!!
