Another bank that has abandoned AMERICAN citizens to handle their customer service! Why in world are American customers buying from American companies routed to call centers outside of the country?! We've been given misinformation countless times by these agents that can't understand simple much less complicated account issues. It's not worth it and we're not buying or dealing with any company that doesn't staff native English speaking American customer service agents.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Was there today to open a separate account even though I already have two accounts there and was told it was going to be a bit I might want to go to a different location I go to the location I suggest and they are closed I return and the guy at the desk on the left looked at his watch and said yeah I don’t have time. Absolutely horrible.

I have been a customer of this Suntrust location for ten years, and during that time, I have never been treated in any way other than as a gentleman. I completely fail to believe the negative reviews on this page. If you have had a bad experience at this very efficient and well-run financial institution, chances are that you were a terrible customer to begin with. I would encourage anyone to open an account here. You won't be disappointed.

Have banked at SunTrust for nearly 15 years for my business. I have over the years had various issues with tellers being rude and unaccommodating, fees being charged for depositing "too much cash" and other ridiculous things. Being out of town for a week I had a check to arrive that needed to be deposited. I sent my mother with the check, the teller who knows me well, Anthony Lemon, refused to allow her, after a 45 minute drive, to deposit the check. She returned with the following day with the information she was told to have and was once again told no, on top of a rude and condescending attitude from Anthony. Do yourself a favor and find a different bank, one that knows the meaning of customer service and appreciation, because it sure isn't here!

Just another bank that steals from the poor. They finally got rid of the bald white guy that would drop coins, then say "you can have that."

I have been a client of SunTrust for a bit over 15 years now. 13 of which when I was living in TN and now I stayed with them when I moved out of state. They are still so very helpful no matter the questions I have or problem I need fixed. They worked with me through 2 mortgages, a second mortgage, and helping me with my aunt's guardian out-of-state account. When I first moved out-of-state I move my account to a local bank. That lasted about 3 months then I returned to my SunTrust because I missed the personal service. Great job everyone at the Gleason Dr Branch. You've been great and continue to do so.

Absolutely horrible customer service. branch manager Robin McCosh was not helpful at all

Absolutely terrible, they act friendly and everything but they do not understand their job one bit. My work uses them, they constantly loose out copy of the deposit receipts, misfile them, or they just argue that they don't have it so no deposit was made. I asked them why our deposit receipts are missing? His reply " Filing is the hardest task here"... Wow, I was speechless after that. Suntrust host the prime example of people who lack pride in their job, hell if you don't pride your job still do it right. This is not just about the bank on Gleason, no its every Suntrust. If i had to choose between them and a homeless man to manage my money I would pick scruffy over the idiots in dress at Suntrust.

I was new customer waiting for my direct deposit to kick in. Took my check to the bank and they cashed it on Friday. The next Friday I pucked up my check from work, took it to the same branch and was told it would be Saturday before I could touch my money. Made no sense why the change from one week to the next but okay, i went with it. So saturday i had my hair done and with confidence I handed my bank card to my beautician. INSUFFICIENT FUNDS!!!!! EMBARRASSING!!!! I called bank. For hour and half i was transfered from one person to another. NOBODY could tell me why I had no money. Finally, I was informed my payroll check from a corporate office, was under investigatiin. FOR WHAT??? I was told. They do that...im sorry ma'am. But if the investigation doesnt clear you will receive a letter in the mail... If it does clear. We will allow you to have 400.00 of your money Tuesday.... 300 wednesday. And wjatever is remaining Thursday..... WHy????? Oh, because they randomly choose a customer to do this to!!!! WTH

Rude. No customer service. I feel awkward every time I go in this building. Nora is the only employee at this store that has ever even attempted to have a personal interaction with me. This is the closest suntrust to my business but I am beginning to feel it would be worth the drive to not ever have to go back here.
