Truist N Orlando Ave, Winter Park

No warm friendly customer service here. My car was being serviced at a dealership north of here, it was gonna take a couple hours so I decided to walk down and renew my membership at AAA. I left AAA and went to Publix in the same shopping center and then to Trader Joe’s. I was walking back to the dealership, carrying two Trader Joe’s and two Publix grocery bags when I saw the BB&T sign and decided to stop and make a deposit. I put my grocery bags on the counter near the teller and I walked up to the teller window. I was the only customer in the bank. A woman (bank manager?) scurried off the floor and went behind the teller who was waiting on me. She said this teller could not help me even though the teller and I had already started a transaction. After I filled out the deposit slip I looked at the woman and asked her to explain again why the teller can’t wait on me? and the woman said never mind it’s OK - i’m not sure if I was being profiled but it was a very uncomfortable experience. I thought it was worth mentioning this is not my regular BB&T and I am grateful for that. The teller and the other woman were not customer friendly, they were very unprofessional and I won’t be coming back to this branch location. Two stars because I do like BB&T as a bank.

Terrible service here, especially during viral conditions. Drive-in only and one lane open, 5 deep. Customer service out the window, and slow to boot!

These ladies.... the bank tellers are why I keep my money here and keep coming back for all my financial needs. They are awesome to ME. make me feel welcome and comfortable. Tha is ladies. Nora

They struggle to provide basic services. They ran out of ATM cards?!!

I have been a BB and T customer for about 7 years and this branch has the worst customer service! I recommend BB and T just not this branch! I have been to multiple locations and have never felt such rude demeanor towards customers.

Absolutely horrible. Do not use this bank. Deposits made on Saturday don't go in Monday morning. They go in whenever their 3rd party company shows up to withdraw from the atm to be processed. Was hit with an Over draft fee because of this. Even though they had a large deposit of mine. Every other atm processes the cash immediately. This is 2016. I'm getting hit with an overdraft fee because of dinasour technology. Get it together Bb&t.... I ask if I was going to keep getting hit with an overdraft fee if I used my card, and the managers response was. You don't plan on using your card do you?.. If so then yes... Worst bank I've ever used.

It's a bank so you can do what you have to do take care of all your financial needs of course
