I am both a customer and lender in the industry and have closed on several home loans personally in my life, but working with Fidelity National Title in Winter Park through the process of my most recent sale and purchase was perfect!! From start to finish Kristin and Sandra helped guide me through the process! They were professional, attentive to detail, and passionate about doing a great job and creating a smooth experience! Sandra Nieves was a pleasure to work with. She was great with communication. She was able to take a stressful situation, like selling a house, and make it easy.
