Truist Murfreesboro Pike, Nashville

I have been with SunTrust bank for 30 years. Never any problems until Truist took over. I have a credit card that is supposed to be paid automatically every month. Starting a month or so ago, they stopped auto payments, and charged me $25 plus interest for late payment. Luckily I checked my acct and found it . I was very upset , and came into bank. They said they would correct the problem. I just received a notice of late charge again for this month. I have never had to deal with this much incompetence . Very upset , I do not trust this bank

On Tuesday June 21 @ 10AM, the drive through lanes were all closed. I did NOT want to wait in a long line in a crowded lobby. What kind of bank is this????

During the pandemic I called for help with a situation and the loan officer named Ashley at this branch was being so rude over the phone. She was nice initially and I called back with additional questions and was shocked by the response but I’ll be sure to call corporate to let them know about both Ashley and Adam and their customer service skills. While I understand workers may be under pressure, many people are stressed too. Do not take your frustrations out on your customers.

This a great bank with a local feel. I’m greeted every time I walk in and feel like they genuinely care. Sometimes the wait times can be long but I know that going in the bank on a Friday I should plan for it. The tellers and the bankers and extremely happy and helpful. They feel like family.

The staff is nice but the waitttttttttttttt😩😩😵 35min so far, and still waiting....

I was almost late for work because the drive-thru is so slow. I sat in line for 18 minutes without moving. My entire visit took 32 minutes. All I wanted to do was deposit cash into my husband's account however they said I couldn't do that without him being present. I told him I've done it before without him they made an exception.

Staff doesn’t seem to know much information about their company policy.

The manager this location had forgotten to issue a reimbursement. I went to talk to the manager regarding the reimbursement and told me that it was going to be done the next day. Never happened. One week and half later, I sent an email her, never acknowledged the email, and issued the reimbursement. Specially for a business account, this is very serious. Based on the above, I don’t recommend SunTrust Bank at all. There is awful customer service at the Nolensville Road location. Check the reviews from the Nolensville Road branch.

Very bad customer service I was waiting almost for 40 minutes to get help no body came and help me . to many customers get tired waiting and left also I keep calling and leave voice mail for more than four days no body call back . You can't reach anyone in that bank i will not recommend for any one . first Tennessee bank down street from them very good bank his employees very respectful always they easy to reach them even when you leave voice mail they will respond within one hour was big mistake to open my business Accout with them

Adam Baldwin is very knowledgeable, customer service oriented,friendly, attentive to detail and patient. I have been banking with SUNTRUST for 42 years and he is the best !
