    Awesome enrollment and customer service experience. Sarah and her team were great! Even the security guard was a delight. I arrived half an hour before closing on Friday and didn't feel rushed. Got all my questions answered and got a shot in the money vault! Great products. What a credit union atmosphere should be. Glad to join the family.

    I WILL NEVER COME TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!! If I could give no stars I would. I am a shared branch customer and came in to cash a $100 check. We went through the whole process and the teller cashed my check and it was already in my account. I also wanted to take money out, we made small talk and I told her I only came in because the mobile deposit wasn’t accepting it. She proceeded to say I have to give you the check back I asked why she said because you tried with mobile deposit and it might go through. I said no it won’t it never processed at all the system couldn’t see the amount on the check so it states the amount you entered doesn’t match. I asked for a manger and got no where she proceeded to say it’s a shared bank policy. She wasn’t even listening or even trying to understand what I was saying. Like it didn’t process at all, didn’t go through at all so that is different if it would of processed and then had an error I would understand. The system just stopped and didn’t go any further. Point is teller was useless and so was the manager, I feel like if I was a member of their bank I would of been treated better. I have safe and they are only in California so this bank is really the only one in my area. Like there was no where else to go to cash it. I called my bank and got the great customer service that I should of received Safe was wonderful!

    If i could give zero stars i would. Very dissatisfied with customer service. The school my daughter goes to has a centsibles account so they can learn how to save money which i thought was great. I opened up a checking account and my apartment complex switched management where i had to get a cashiers check, i put the wrong name on the check. Went back the next day and had it re issued. They took over 30 min to get it straightened out. They were trying to put a stop payment on a check that was never cashed, and put a hold for seven days. It was their own check, it wasn't lost. It was just made out to the wrong person. Needless to say I'm going to close out my account, and go to my fiance's bank. They seem to know what they are doing. I asked my niece who works at chase bank and she told me they could see if it had been used if not they just re issue a new one, not try to put a stop payment or hold for seven days which makes no sense since i had the original check. Very disappointed with this bank now.

    It's something unforgettable to be accused of trying to deposit a fradulent $25 check I was given as a graduation present. $25?? Me and my family have banked here for years and I was totally taken aback, insulted and embarrassed in front of other customers. Took the check to another branch where there were no issues. I took a college semester outside of nashville and needed to pay for my school tuition online. This bank was having issues processing the payment for some reason I still don't understand. I called to get things worked out and explained to them I would not be able to continue my education for that semester if the payment was not processed. I was told they were "looking into it" and I would be called back. Never called and never made any progress on the issue when I called them. Lucky my school worked with me to find others way of paying. Will close out my account when I return to Nashville.

    I am a transfer customer from Florida, Space Coast Credit Union and I have been using this 'sister' bank for over a month to cash my weekly paychecks, even got a cashier's check from them to purchase some land. When I finally got my TN ID, they would not accept the temporary paper ID issued to me from the DMV and would not let me DEPOSIT CASH into my own account. I tried on Friday and the following Monday. They told me I had to open an account with them to do so, and that they would happily accept the temporary paper ID for a new account but not to deposit money into my existing account with Space Coast, even though I had been using them to access my Space Coast account for weeks now. So... I will be opening a new account here in TN, but probably not with them!

    This credit union appears to be a very nice place, however looks can be deceiving. They have horrible customer service and refuse to answer simple questions. I have been waiting for over 3 weeks to get an answer to a question that I e-mailed to them. I have also made this query in person, and forwarded copies of the request to every member of the board of directors and CEO. Still have yet to get a response even with multiple follow up attempts. If you don't care about where your money goes and can live with sub-par treatment then by all means open and account and go wild.

    I've dealt with a lot of banks in my time and have not gotten the same type of customer service as I have with US Community Credit Union on Bell Road. When I have a problem, I take a deep breathe and try again. The problem usually works out just fine when I communicate with one or another employee who are always very nice.

    Do not bank here! This bank stole $140 from my account because they claim the teller who took my deposit had a short drawer after I left the bank. The teller ran my month through the money counter and gave me a receipt. An hour after I left the bank I was called to verify the amount I deposited and the manager let me know everything was okay. A week later I recieved an email from the bank manager, Kimberly A. Forkum saying that they were taking the $140 out of my account to correct their shortage error. Long story short I withdrew all of my money from this moke of a bank and closed my account. I have reported them to better business Bureau and will never bank here again. Beware of this place, they're crooks.

    This negative review isn't this branch per se but the us community credit union as a whole. I can NEVER access my own money. Online and phone system are ALWAYS down. I'm going on vacation in a few hours and can't transfer money out of my own savings into checking. And there's no one to speak to because the system is having issues. It's ALWAYS having issues when you need your own money. I wish I had never opened this account here.

    Went to find out about auto loan only to find 1.99% rate advertised is bait and switch. Also poor customer service. Filled out application and the people didn't bother to or were unable to read it. Kept asking me things that were right there on the application. My handwriting is not bad. Also loan officer kept me waiting so she could chit chat with friends.
