They tell you what you want to hear to get your business but it all turns out to be lies! Not one thing the I was told about the operation of my accounts ended up being true. They convenience is a hassle from day one and it looks like I'm going to have a fight just to get my money back after I closed my accout..... STAY CLEAR OF BB&T

The drive through is the worst they take forever I was the only one here ! & I was waiting for 20min and it’s not the only time almost every time I am forced to go here it’s a hassle. They have much better locations.

I hate that I moved and have to go to this branch, I dread going in because their customer service is horrable, they need customer service etiquette training. And most of the time the driver thru is closed all red lights are on!

Every time I try calling they have the answering machine set to “ Our Office is now Close” and can never get through. Difficult to communicate with unless to have the convenience of going there personally.

Not sure what's going on but this location takes 30 to 40 minutes just for a simple deposit. Waste my time

This place has poor customer service in the drive thru...waiting for over 45 minutes just to make a deposit of $250.

If there was an option to put 0 stars I would. The guys that help you with loans are so rude , i don’t know why there their seems like they don’t like to work there 👎👎👎👎👎
