Arrington Roofing Obenchain St, Dallas

Most of the reviews I have read speak to the professionalism, promptness, courteousy' and of course the quality of the work of Arrington. I would like to address the longevity of their work. I had my roof done by Arrington 5 years ago. I live in an area of Dallas that's prone to hail and/or tornadoes and high winds yearly. This is the only company that has replaced a roof for me that lasted longer than a couple years. There have been no leaks, blown shingles or need for any type repair to this roof. In my estimation, they're the best. This is my company for a life time! Hands down.

My daughter, Chelsea, works here and has been for several years .I have met the owners and many of their employees. They are totally people with a, "customer first satisfaction"..attitude with.their need in mind., .They strive in excellence, in sales, satisfaction of job well done and warranty. I will be contacting them soon to get evaulated on solar panels for my home. Go Arrington, definte my go to roofing company.

Wonderful personal attention with a detailed list of the work they intended to do. The slate like roof is a gorgeous deep charcoal! The workers were neat and polite. Arrington Roofing-- quite simply, our neighborhood company that combines art with cutting-edge technology...along with a personal investment in doing a job well...even a tricky one like ours. It was the only company (of the half-dozen we contacted) to suggest a commercial solution for our storm-damaged flat addition: light-weight TPO... well- suited to our particular needs. Our experience only got better from the initial meetings & estimate...more than the others... but worth it for their expertise & our peace of mind. And Randy Eubank got us an even better settlement from our insurance company & became our trusted advisor. The crew-- oh my-- experienced, efficient, easy with each other/ easy to have around... moved plants & left deck & yard cleaner than it had been (Cameron even patched the squirrel hole under the eaves). Inside was a disaster but Mario Rosales matched our old heavily-textured ceiling brilliantly-- with no demarcation between old & new. It's been an experience of unusual confidence & trust-- who can say that anymore? Thanks Chris & Janni for building a team that serves homeowners!

Chris Arrington and his team were diligent and took care of St. Augustine's Episcopal Church's roof replacement needs. Arrington Roofing was responsive and communicated clearly during the entire process.

It was very good quality work during the roofing demolition and installation but there were too many delays in completion. Delays included the ordering of roofing materials, solar panel flashing and mounts, and Good Faith Energy company scheduling. The delays resulted in the inability to use the garage where the solar panels were stored and the inability to hang pictures back on the interior walls in the house. Mario did an excellent job (5 stars) with the fence staining, carport roof replacement, and spa roof coating.

Arrington has been my go to roofers over the past 10 years. Always quick to respond and do a great job. Highly recommend them if you are need of repairs.

They just finished a repair job for me. Outstanding work and service. I have used them several times in the past and highly recommend them . Cameron Mills came to my house to examine what was needed and in a few days came back to do the repair........good as new. Michelle in the office also provided excellent service. Fair and honest people.

I was introduced to Arrington Roofing through a friend that had a roof replaced on an apartment. I then had Arrington to replace my old shingle roof and add air vents at the ridge row. Arrington also replaced our church flat roof as well as the adjoining structure. All the work by the crews was well done with no trash left behind. We have had Arrington repair some roof problems that were not a part of the original contracts and they have preformed very well in all of it. We contacted Arrington because of a leak around a roof vent. Peter came out and verified that the vent was installed incorrectly. He noticed some rotting wood at the base of one eave. Upon further inspection, he discovered that the flashing along that part of the roof was installed incorrectly. He and another tech arrived promptly at the designated time and got right to work. It took them almost all day to complete the work, primarily because of the bad flashing and rotting wood at the eave (Peter said there was even a hole in the roof decking). The repairs were completed successfully and look great. I very highly recommend Arrington Roofing and will not consider using anyone else.
