Having a bad experience with BB&T after using their bank for 10 years. I used to use their service for my mortgage. After changing the mortgage service, my checking account was charged $30 every month without I realized it even though I put money there. better close my account following my mortgage account. you better think to open the account before being charged. I wish I could give less than 1 star.

This bank is completely closed name is gone off the building.

I had the most horrible experience is like the nightmare doesn't end with BBT. I keep getting not authorized transactions. I suppose to froze my account and created a new one instead what they did open up a new and link it to my old one with the new credit card. They don't protect your account and on top of it make mistakes likes this. Can't wait to go to a different bank.

Ive had a great experience up until 2 weeks ago... I had put a freeze on my accout..NOT MY BANK CARD.. When I went to branch to uplift the freeze the teller told me that I would have to replace my bank card.. I told him that couldnt be right, however he assured me that it was and he would have it replaced and to expect it in the mail within a week... Well he never did... When I called customer service... The order was never placed and the information about me having to replace my card was wrong as well and I already destroyed my existing bank card by that time.. I ordered my card with the rep and got my card... I would go to another branch but its the only one my city..

Very rude employees! Not willing to help in anyway. I am very disappointed
