Capital One Bank Halpine Rd, Rockville

Overstaffed bank with most agents sleeping. I have counted 9 employees in the bank, but only one counter is open. Don't waste your time here.

The ATM took more than 600 dollars I was depositing and didn't give it back or put it in my bank account.

Worst bank customer service ever.. I mean.. What is going on there.. A black young lady in the register.. 1 day ago.. So lazy and not helpful at all. Never again.. To this pathetic bank, sorry..

Service sucks all the time I come here. They move slow its always not enough staff.

It is a sham to notice that a big bank like Capital One only has one cash counting machines for 7 counters. That one is also kept hiding so that the customer cannot see the counting clearly. Businesses places should be careful. Money has been short few times. Gloria who claims to be the manager of the branch was informed every time but still the same. I think they are happy with the way it is.

As usual long line, 1 teller open. Never fails. 20 min for a cc payment. They are competing with BOA for worst service. Stick to online if you can as the service here is atrocious.

Well, yesterday I went to this branch to withdraw some cash through one of their tellers (because I made the incorrect assumption that it would be safer). Wrong. In the morning I discovered through my app, that the system (or teller) withdrew an additional $414.19 from my account and deposited into someone else's account. Stuff like this just shouldn't happen with a big name bank. They're trying to solve it, but I shouldn't have to wait 3 days for my account to be credited when it was a direct system or associate mistake. I'm a bit displeased about this whole experience. We're not talking about $5 here.

Nice staff. They helped me out of a jam when I had left my wallet at home and needed money to get lunch. Kudos especially to Alexandra (sp?) for her excellent customer service.

Staff is very friendly and help to provide their clients with various services. Without asking I was helped upgrade my savings account, they also helped me gain a better understanding of other essential financials.

Friendly staff and i didn't had to wait in line for too long.
