Super slow and never ever have enough staff. Might be time to close up shop guys. They are only letting 1 person inside at a time so I waited in the drive through line for about 30 minutes. The organization I work for has designated banks that we can use so I had to wait.

Literally the WORST bank DO NOT bank with them! They gave me miss information several times with in the span of 4 days. Then even sent me a LETTER stating they could do one thing and the phone representative said the couldn’t. Horrible bank, terrible customer service representatives and getting a supervisor really doesn’t mean much. Oh and once I went into the bank afterwards the banker who worked with me asked out on a damn date over the phone because he couldn’t be as helpful as he had hoped. I was in disbelief but this is suntrust bank we’re talking about.

Suntrust bought my mortgage when I lived in Augusta and I decided to keep my checking account with them when I found this branch just minutes from my new home in Charlotte. I really don't understand the negative reviews, they have been wonderful to me. They have been helpful and accommodating. They have notarized several things for me and always make me feel welcome. Thanks Suntrust!

If I could give zero stars I would. Do not bank here. I opened an account and they held my first check for TWO WEEKS before I could access my money while they "cleared it". Also was charged bogus start up fee and then fee for over drafting b/c I was charged a bogus fee before any money was in my account. These were later removed. Inadequate in every sense of the word.

I arrived 3 minutes before closing, the door was locked. A yellow skinned male with black hair just smile and laugh as if it was funny to close before the schedule time. Bad Customer service and bad experience.

I wish I could give them a negative rating. Horrible company and extremely dysfunctional.
