Bank of America (with Drive-thru services) Randolph Rd, Charlotte

Had an appointment for 9:30 am with a financial advisor. Booked appointment 2 weeks prior and was there at 9:30 to be informed that the financial advisor was on vacation and no one else could help me with my need. Manager offered to contact the 2 closer branches to see if they had an available financial advisor to meet with us. Manager came back and said I have emailed the branches and I am waiting on someone to email me back. As a manager myself I cannot understand why she didn't pick up the phone and call the branches instead of emailing and hoping for an answer. We were left sitting and waiting so we just left. Not a way to do business.

Wed, feb 2nd. 2022 Running from work because hours are till 4pm now I get in to the bank at 3:54pm. Doors were already closed and when I try driving to catch the window from drive through the security guy stand in front of my car so I won’t go through drive through yelling on me that they were two cars in front and I won’t be able to help me. Doors should be open til 4:00pm exactly so people like me that have office hours of work can make it. I am very disappointed with this matter.

I have been to several branches of Bank of America - the staff here is the most friendly upbeat staff I could ever have the pleasure of dealing with. Thank you!!!! Evelyn

Beware of this particular BOA on Randolph Rd...,This bank location is the worse of all the BOA I've visited. The so called manager is a Clown .She's rude and has the nerve to try and be disrespectful to the customers. I heard how she was talking mean to certain customers, mostly the seniors and it kind of bothered me to see and hear that,,,if u just have to go to that location please observe and pay notice her actions towards the customers and she is not pleasant at all,,,, but a bank manager should never carry themselves unprofessional and Ghetto. She is the black older woman with the very nasty attitude

I bank with five different banks and this is the slowest to get attention from a teller while staff walks around smiling (In line, with two people for 13 minutes). I'm pulling my accounts immediately and moving on. See ya, BOA! I don't need ya and I'll give my business to those who know how to do business!

This is not a bad Bank of America location. After all their headquarters is right down the road so maybe the big guns up stairs pay them a visit from time to time and keep them in line. The staff here was very friendly and helpful.

I mean it's a drive through ATM. It had cash and worked.

The manager, Amanda Tharpe is rude and less than helpful. Would advise going to a different branch or bank altogether. Went in to deposit checks and was given a very hard time and excuses that they couldn’t make my deposit-even though I’ve made similar transactions in the past. I do not recommend.

If you have lots of time on your hands, this bank is for you. Always a long line, closes at four, parking is terrible, the Brooks Brother's crew are always interrupting the only teller working the lobby as the drive thru teller is always busy.

I’d give zero stars if possible. Just close this branch if there isn’t anyone here to do wire transfers or any other personal banking. It’s the closest to my house, but the only reliable thing here is the atm.
