The branch manager is very unprofessional! The few times I had to go inside the branch & speak to the associate whom I opened my account with the manager not only eavesdropped but would go as far as to stand over the other woman & not only interrupt her but me as well. After my 3rd inside visit & the manager doing the same thing every time I finally asked her to please stop interrupting & over talking us & so she proceeded to tell me the associate had to go to lunch even though I had 1 more question that would've taken 30 seconds to which she told me I can make an appointment!!! She's the reason I just told them I'll be closing my account!!! I would've given a half a star if it was an option. I do not recommend banking with them.

I went to this location to make a deposit for our condo association. I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by Cindy and able to conduct the transaction so quickly. I have since enjoyed more visits to this location and to be pleasantly greeted by other bank employees.

Teller was rude and condescending when making a depost. Gave her another shot as we all have bad days, still rude Because its a business account if I have to use this branch, its drive thru only.

Teller was very rude when i was withdrawing money from my savings. Asked if i was taking my money to BOA not that it was any of her business. Wont do business with them again.

Sharon,Betsy,Cindy and Jackie are the best. Friendly,compassionate, and customer oriented,FOR SURE.

Manager and tellers very pushy about selling, took my money to a credit Union I suggest you do the same.
