This is just the best branch. And especially because of Miss Martha. She is amazing and does banking the old fashioned way - with customer service and a smile. She has helped my wife with her elderly parents and their banking needs navigate many things as they have grown older and had illnesses. So happy to have this resource and bank right down from where we live in Black Creek.

Terrible experience. One teller, one person in line. Longest transaction. Branch manager has sign.. do not disturb training. Manager not paying attention to customers..generally ty

These are wonderful and caring people who go the extra mile at this location! I had an issue with a hold on my account that the customer service people would not resolve by phone, so they sent me to the local branch ("sure, I will just 'pop in' to my local branch during a pandemic." Ugh.) Unfortunately the branch cannot resolve those issues! But one of the bankers gave me her direct line and the customer service call center was able to call her and verify my identity to get my account unlocked. A lot of runaround but at least I got to speak with some local SunTrust people who restored my faith in their bank. Thank you, Lookout Valley branch!

I have always had a pleasant experience at every single sun trust branch I've visited except this one. I wanted to cash a check due to an emergency. My account did not reflect that but due to me being a regular customer with a steady direct deposit for almost a year now, no branch has ever declined me. Someone here did and I then had to drive across town to the branch that apparently actually considers their customers personally. I won't be returning here as I feel really disrespected as a loyal member of this bank. I tried calling to speak with management but was told they were on vacation so I will be calling again. I understand it's policy, but it's completely inconsisent with the service I received just across the bridge on a regular basis before moving to the valley area. Call me crazy, but I'm pretty sure it's cause I was in the valley so she assumed I was poor. In which case that's discrimination and I'm not gonna let you continue that in my town.

The employees here, especially the short haired blonde lady, need training on customer service and how to be resourceful to guests. I needed help with processing a certain check that required an authorization code. The first representative I spoke to didn’t know how to help me and instead of doing research or asking for assistance, I had to ask if I should go to another facility to complete my task. She said no and that’s when the short haired lady spoke up and vaguely gave instructions that did not make sense to me, especially since she couldn’t make eye contact with me, show me in reference to the check what I was to do, and was also walking away from the counter as she was saying this. I couldn’t believe that these 2 women treated another person so poorly. I guess when you have a lazy job - you have a lazy attitude towards guests. Bank tellers should be required to stand and maybe then, they will be more willing to engage in being helpful. Or maybe they just need better training on how to treat guests.

LOve this bank, love the location and the employees that work there are always friendly and willing to help. Cheryl she is literally the best! They know you by name and still has a home town feel but professional.

Very bad service in the last 5 years, and I've been with this bank since 1970, I've ran over a million dollars through this bank being a General Contractor! And i hate to see Sun Trust Bank like this, but I've gotta do something different!
