TruGrocer Fed CU Lake Breeze Dr, Orlando

A great little credit union. I left a big bank for TruGrocer and am very glad I did.

Have been banking with trugrocer for over 10 years .. i recruited my husband over too, He loves them and has taken advantage of the personal loans, car loans and recently out home mortgage, with no problem..I have never been treated so well by a bank prior to them .. I am luckier than most though , as this branch is very close to our home.. I've banked with chase, wells Fargo & bank of America. I would never go back !!

Horrible customer service on the phone with this staff! 3 times I've called only to feel like I'm really bothering them. Sherlonda? NASTY!! NASTY!! NASTY!! RUDE!! RUDE!! RUDE!! Branch manager Denise another fine example of customer service. Not listening to one word I'm telling about her employee. She went through answering my questions couldn't wait to get me off the phone... then hung up on me. Must be 30 years with this credit union. 17 years with Albertsons. 37 years in retail zero write ups. What has happened to these unfriendly Tru grocer employed? The Fullerton office knows who you are when you call and if they don't know who you are..your treated with kindness. The Boise office the same way? I always use the 800 number but since the menu and has changed I has a few simple questions. The Florida branch opens up early.. NEVER AGAIN use these RUDE so called ladies for any help! They're to busy and don't give a damn about you or your banking questions!

The staff are wonderful. They know my name, I know their names, i love it. I have been working with this location for 30 years for sure. have had several car loans, credit card and currently my home loan is with TruGrocer. I feel totally blessed and am grateful for your staff and your services, it has been a wonderful stable positive experience. Thank you.

I've been a member for 23 years. Had auto loans with them. Best interest rates. Always helpful with any of my needs. Will always be a loyal member with them.
