Its ok for them to be rude and disrespectful bit when you tell them and turnit back on them they hang up on you. Im the customer I should be able to say what I need to say WITHOUT them talking over you and treating you like a child. They do not value their customers they very rude and disrespectful. Nothing is more frustrating then repeating yourself 10x because choose not to listen to what your saying and talk over you. I will be taking this all the way to the top

I love this branch. Especially Christopher Dages. He knows his customers well. He was able to stop a dummy from utilizing my drivers license while trying to deposit a check in my checking account through the drive thru. I cant thank Chris enough for this brave act of his. They always greet with a smile and of service right away. I love tropical!! Best credit union in south florida if you ask me.

Horrible service waited in line for 35 minutes for the one teller. Once i reached the front i needed help with the deposit slip. The lady told me "fill it out and dont hold up my line" literally that i would have to wait again in line for a two minute deposit slip. And with no remorse like i was just nobody. I walked out the door with my credit line and car loan
