If I could 0 stars I will. I sent Lucrecia my EOB from insurance stating I do not owe this amount. She said I do and tried to get me to set up a payment plan. I hung up with her called my insurance and called her back where she told me she’s unable to talk to insurance companies and HUNG UP!! Turns out the bill was never even sent to my insurance. Disgusting service.

I wish there was a way to give negative stars. I am almost in tears after getting off the phone with this company. Sent them payment over 3 weeks ago and they sent an attorney after me although I already paid. Representative was EXTREMELY rude when I called and kept speaking over me. If you are going to help customers you need to be patient and listen!! Rude rude rude!!! I will never ever willingly work with this company again. Seems like they lost my check although it was cashed. Rep said he will call me if there is a problem finding the check, yea, sure he will. I will have to call this lousy place again. Then he hung up on me without the decency to even say your welcome, have a nice day, or even goodbye. So glad this was a one time payment and I never have to deal with this company again.

If you are an organization that requires a professional debt collector, stay away. I don't know why there isn't a zero star option. This company is terrible. I have only corresponded with them through mail, because I respond to mailed letters with mailed letters. My first letter from them said I ignored their previous message and that they had a right to assume the debt was legitimate. Wrong. I sent a letter asking for information to confirm this is legitimate. My new message said "we cannot attempt to help you resolve this balance if you don't contact us". I am pretty darn sure I contacted you. And I didn't get the information I requested either. Even though I can't confirm whether I owe money or not because I haven't been given any information I can use to confirm this with the company they are collecting debt for, I will send it because this is just plain annoying. Not having any online payment options or any real phone in service isn't great either. Most people don't have great experiences with debt collectors, but I'm not broke and totally willing to pay money that I owe. Making it hard for someone to pay their debts, however, makes it a terrible business. Businesses: these tactics will not get you your money. They are generic and unhelpful.

One the most blatantly abusive companies in the United States. Regularly demonstrates complete disregard for collection laws with a staff that harasses and even resorts to personal threats in the name of their clients. I would neither do business with this company nor any company that has chosen to do business with them. I've been on both sides of the collection process in business and I would personally dismiss anyone whom I observed demonstrating the methods this "bully" company does business. I my personal opinion, they are performing their business, in many cases, with complete disrespect for consumers and the law.
