Citizens Bank City Pl, White Plains

I had the worst experience going to the only HSBC Bank in WHITE Plains first a customer has to pay $1.00 for parking to do business at 1 City place , White Plains. I also received a ticket because I parked at side of the bank , so it cost me $56.00 to go do business at the bank today. And they are not paying for the ticket after ,the bank had one teller working and he has to leave his station to go around the back to get clarification from someone if he could not help the customer. This is not service do not bank at HSBC WHITE PLAINS AT 1 CITY PLAINS. GO BACK TO HONG KONG

Customer services is excellent. Everyone is so friendly, from the teller, bank manager and Abby who helped me in opening my account. Always keep me posted on the progress while I was waiting. The bank is very clean, hand sanitizer is everywhere.

They need to extend the customer service hours to at least 7 PM . The parking is not convenient . I am not expecting perfection but parking convenience is a plus and the addition of night hours . When this happens I will add 5 stars to this particular HSBC branch .

Management is good but little bit strict about COVid which in good

I am a new customer and was having issues with my account.I went into the branch looking for a resolution. Thanks to Lucia and Raphael I left with my issue resolved.They were warm, welcoming, and happy to help. Great team

Came to open the new account, this bank refused customer to use their restroom. Bad service!!! Will never come back again.
