Small local bank with all the convenience of larger banks... but the added convenience of longer hours and being open 7 days a week! For a small business, this is extremely convenient. They know me, every time I walk in the door. Feels good to be recognized... Mobile app works great, and it's easy to call and take care of business over the phone as well. Only complaint is that nightly process happens a little too early (between 5-7pm), which can reflect eradically when checking your balance during those times, especially if you have a low balance...

This location has lost their excellent manager. Now trailwest is removing all people here and only going to have the interactive kiosk like hamilton super1. I might as well go with a big world wide bank now...what's the difference now??

wish i could give a lower rating. not only will the debit cards not work online or at various other establishments it's also the only bank i know of that will blatantly rob you. I suggest using any other bank out there. hell find a homeless guy to watch your money it would be in better hand's.

With them for a year now, and I've only experienced amazing customer service & what likely is a product of some good company policy -- the fact that they're open til 7 even... wow, that so works for me & my business.
